Kalenda asked me how I was the other when I phoned in my gas numbers and I told her that I was recovering well from previous surgery. Two days later I received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers with a good wishes card from the Octopus Team which made my day. How wonderful to deal with such a thoughtful and understanding company making an 80 year old lady very happy. Thank you Kalenda and thank you Octopus.

over the weekend I've had problems with my electric meter. 23 emails trying to get to the bottom of it.without success. phoned up Monday 21st 10 2024.spoke to a man called Jonathan department c2 from Leicester very informative.most helpfull.said things clearly that I understood. gave me two options of payment. the prices. brilliant. the company should be proud of this man.credit to octopus.

I had an issue where the incorrect amount had been taken from my account and that I had problems reading my meter due to disability. I spoke to Hannah and she has arranged for my meter to be read for me and also sorted out the payment error. What a credit to the team. Very happy

They are easy to contact. They have all the time in the world for their customers. They actually have English speaking people that are not all from the 3 world.

I was 700 in credit asked for a refund about 12 weeks ago emailed them Dozens of times promised to get back to Me within 48 hrs ๐Ÿ˜ never happened then my meter readings from Sept to today changed and also my credit whent from 700 to 81 ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜  and on my account fales meter readings which I got photos of my original meter readings

I have been with Octopus energy for the last 7 years.They are the best energy provider by far in my view. Their front line customer care is AI along with their great range of different tariffs . They have always been the leaders in exporting renewable green energy .Thank you Octopus for 7 years of great service. Itโ€™s ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ from me ๐Ÿ’œ

Switched to Octopus from British Gas, after having a terrible experience with BG. Heard all the good news about Octopus, so I decided to give them a go. Ever since the switch, they have been very helpful and attentive. Their prices are also much better than BG. I'm paying less monthly, and I'm keeping on top of it no problem. I also appreciate how simple their website is to use; including their app. It's a nice, easy flowing website, that you can't get lost on. Another one of my big points that I like about Octopus, is their UK-based call centre. It took me seconds to get through to someone from their team, who knew exactly what they were doing. As well as being cheerful and nice to speak to. If you try to get through to the right person at BG, it takes about 30 minutes - half of that time is transferring you to different departments. Doesn't help that their call centre is abroad too. Even if it is a free number, the level of service you get from them is abysmal. Honestly, give Octopus a try. I made the swap, and I can't see myself going back; or to anyone else.

When I initially joined James the promoter was very helpful and patient. When I phoned customer services with a query I spoke to Chris who was the same.

I have been with Octupus energy for a few years now I phoned them yesterday and spoke to a lovely lady unfortunately didnโ€™t catch her name who gave me advice about my situation and has helped me a lot Then today I have had a postal delivery of flowers from Octopus how lovely thank you so much for your kindness and help and of course the flowers

I rang Octopus yesterday to see if I was on the right tariff for me. I spoke to Kane and he was fantastic!! Great customer service, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He patiently went through different ones with me and has emailed the best ones for me to go through at home. I would recommend Octopus highly and especially Kane.

I am so glad we changed to Octopus. Yesterday Kai couldnโ€™t have been more patient and helpful to me and really sorted me out. Kai also helped me with a non-energy problem! This company is simply the best. Thanks Kai

So far I have been very happy Customer service good and billing clear I read my own meters as I donโ€™t want an inaccurate smart meter Even their ceo doesnโ€™t like them !

I recently experienced an issue with Octopus Energy that spanned over a month, involving the complaints team. Throughout this period, I spoke to over 15 personnel at Octopus Energy, all of whom were unhelpful, lacking the necessary skills and knowledge, and ultimately wasting my time. Today, after persistently following up on my complaint, I was fortunate to be connected to Mr. Jordan Martin (Mr. Sha). His skills, knowledge, and customer service were exceptional, earning a perfect 10/10 rating from me. Mr. Martin's calm and focused approach stood out immediately. He displayed a high level of expertise and the right customer service skills, resolving all issues within a call that lasted hardly 25 minutes. Octopus Energy, you have an invaluable asset in Mr. Jordan Martin (Mr. Sha). He truly deserves recognition and a reward for his outstanding service. You need more staff like him, as the quality of staff can make or break a company. Thank you, Mr. Martin, for your ultimate service. Octopus is the best energy company I have used and I would not now consider any other. Their customer service is excellent; their commitment to the customer, including those suffering hardship, is caring and understanding; their use of renewable energy and of innovative work on sustainability including solar panels and heat pumps, is like no other energy company. I would recommend them 100%.
