Kai was extremely helpful and thorough with his knowledge of the heat pumps Octopus Energy supply. There was a lot of information to take-in so I asked him to send the details via email. He did this immediately. First steps - most encouraging, thank you!

Emily was First class. My problem was instantly sorted out and my Smart Meter installation was booked there and then. Seemingly there was a software problem that others had encountered which would not work when either link was attempted to be used. Thank you for your assistance Emily

Excellent customer service from Kainaat, very helpful during my call to transfer my energy from British gas to octopus. Excellent knowledge and far better service then British gas; which I wish I have switched to octopus long time ago .Thanks Kainaat for your superb service!

Great customer service by George, not only making sure I had all the information, he also checked back the following day to make sure I had received the new gas meter and it was fitted. The Gas engineer who came to fit the meter was also great (Seb) - also making sure I had all the information to report back to my landlord. In conclusion I received friendly, helpful and efficient service- rare these days - so 5 Stars Octopus Energy- and 5.5 stars George for going that extra mile.

I phoned Octopus to ask about electricity supply. The person who answered my call was called Mollie, and after the initial intro I was more than happy with the way everything was done. Nothing was missed out or rushed through and I can honestly say that it was a pleasure to be helped by Mollie. I would like to say thank you to her and say I think she’s an asset to your company.

Rang octopus today I was given a payment holiday until August 22nd which gives me breathing space as I'm struggling with my payments at the moment the young lady I spoke to was very helpful and understanding about my current situation plus she was very pleasant to speak to as I'm a 70yr old retired pensioner who lives on his own so I'm very happy and satisfied with the service I've received from octopus energy today thank you again. I was pleased with how quick my call was answered. Sammy was very polite and helpful and took her time going through all the unit prices with me, she was patient whilst I compared my current tariff to the new tariffs on offer. My tariff was changed at my request, everything was straightforward.

Zaid from the beginning answered the call in the most positive happy and welcoming tone and continued to do so all throughout my 50 minute call. I explained it was my first time living alone so he took the time to thoroughly and slowly explain everything offering me all the appropriate options and guiding me in understanding how electricity works for my complex metering system! He had technical issues a few times as we processed my contract but he did not show any disdain and kept having a very positive and friendly attitude. He never once made me feel like I was asking too much. Zaid is an asset to your customer service team! Give that man a promotion. He’s made me a life long customer of octopus. And it’s all thanks to that phone call.

I just wanted to leave some really positive feedback for the customer advisor Raiyan who helped me set up my plan with Octopus Energy. From start to finish, the whole experience was incredibly seamless — especially important to me as I’m in the middle of a stressful house move. He was so informative, supportive, and genuinely friendly throughout the whole call. He had such a calm and reassuring tone, which instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. It was my first time setting up energy in a new home, so I was naturally a bit anxious, but he explained everything so clearly and made sure I was on the best plan for my needs. We even had a good laugh about the fact that I currently have to switch something on just to get hot water — it honestly made the call feel more like chatting to a friend than sorting out utilities! It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful and kind, and his great service has made me feel excited to begin this new chapter with Octopus Energy. Massive thanks to him — he really made a difference today.
