He was able to amend this and credit my account to more accurately represent the amount of energy I use, which isn’t much since I live in a small flat and am not home often. He also suggested a different tariff based on my needs which allow me to save even more on my monthly bill. He was delightful to work with, understood my needs, and genuinely wanted to help me. “BOTH THOMAS AND AADAM WERE HELPFUL. SADLY I WASN'T OVERLY IMPRESSED WITH OCTOPUS THEMSELVES BECAUSE FOR SOME REASON THEY WERE UNABLE TO PROCESS THE SWITCH DUE TO INFO RECEIVED FROM TRANSUNION AND THEY DID A SOFT SEARCH WHICH THE RESULT WAS STILL ON PAUSE. I HAVE A GREAT CREDIT SCORE AND NEVER DEFAULTED ON PAYMENTS SO A LITTLE CONFUSED BY THIS.THE ONLY WAY IT CAN BE PROCESSED IS BY MAKING AN UPFRONT PAYMENT OF £150 WHICH I HAVE DONE BUT SEEMS A LITTLE UNFAIR THAT I AM BEING PENALISED AND NOT BEING OFFERED THE ORIGINAL RATE AS QUOTED PREVIOUSLY”
