Isabella was professional but had empathy, putting me at ease as I have been under a lot of stress financially.
I then received the forms promised, within minutes to my email address.
All I can say is thank you very much for your help so far.

A couple of emails went back and fore without any progress.
I spoke to Paula yesterday (23/1) and received a voicemail and email today to say it’s all sorte, the meters are communicating and I have an up to date bill.
