I wish I could give them zero stars. Only the worst company that I have ever tried to purchase from. Their customer service is non existent and their system is faulty and they try to blame it on the customer. I will never do business with them ever again. Seriously stay away from them. The clothing is lovely but it is not worth the hassle you have to go through and the majority of the time you won’t even get what you ordered. Awful company.

I ordered a bikini set from oh Polly paid £40 which I consider quite expensive for a bikini. I didn’t pay extra for postage just the standard delivery. I awaited the delivery which came 5 days later. Opened it to find the completely wrong item. I contacted the customer care team and told them it was incorrect and as I was going on holiday in a couple of weeks needed this resolving fast which Is why I ordered 3 weeks before I was going. The only solution she could give me was to send it back for a exchange and wait 10 days for it to be processed or reorder it for another £40. I could not afford to shell out another £40 from this months wage so I had to go with the first option. As it was in their error I demanded they cover the postage which she agreed to do if I provided a screenshot of my postage receipt. There was then a farce with sorting the how to refund it and kept refunding into the PayPal account that I explained several times I do not use and don’t have the passwords for. Eventually I got the postage refund sorted. I wait 10 days after the goods were signed for and finally receive a email. Instead of exchanging the goods they just refunded it. So I look on the website nearly every bikini out of stock, as the whole process had taken forever to sort all the goods I was exchanging had gone out of stock so I was extremely disappointed and angry at the service. I then check my refund the day after to discover I was refunded £3.95 less than I had paid. They had clearly just decided to forget they were covering postage and deduct it from what I originally paid. I’m still owed £3.95 after this horrendous experience. Will never use this company again. It isn’t hard to just pick the correct item in the first place to avoid this whole experience.

How did this site actually get any stars? The quality is awful and when you go to r ed turn you are paying over $20. My daughter ordered from here for her 21st birthday. The dress was completely see through with the glitter falling off (literally our floor is covered) and the other outfit had sequined fringe just missing! I am completely outraged. Note to you all.....if they do not have a reasonable return policy, stay away!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! scammers! I ordered a two piece set from oh Polly I payed for next day delivery. I got no email, so I emailed them and messaged them via facebook. Worst costumer service ever no contact number for a start, secondly they take forever to reply. I got told the bank was holding my money , which was so untrue as it came out of my bank and into theirs. The next day they told me I would get a refund , in 48 hrs silly me thaught oh okay it’s my card . So I ordered the same thing off my boyfriends card . Never recieved my refund for the first order , days later I had to call my bank and theirs opened a pursiute with them! Still waiting on my other package that is due out today, but yet they still haven’t even sent it to Royal Mail so I highly doubt i will ever my get my items never mind get them today . 90 pounds later .... their scammers . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OFF A WEBSITE. Ps I did order off here a year ago and had no problems but they’ve completely changed.

This company's return process is a nightmare! STAY AWAY! They make everything so difficult because they are SELFISH and do not care about the customer experience. If ANY item goes on "sale" they are no longer eligible for a refund to your original form of payment. Can you believe that ? They have all the control over that and clearly only do it to create a reason not to give back your funds. I already have to pay for my own shipping label , the return fee, and now you won't refund it at all??

OP792518USmy daughter ordered a dress for her birthday and it has been lost in delivery. tracking information says that the post office received the package. the post office says that there was nothing in that package they don't have anything to deliver to my daughter. and now apparently in order to get refunded for something that you never received you had to buy purchase protection. to me that sounds like a scam pay extra money and we'll guarantee that you actually get the item you ordered? shoddy customer service my daughter spent her hard-earned money as a 19 year old to get a dress to wear for her birthday which is long past and never received the dress. will never order another thing from oh polly again.

Dress didn't look like image. Difficult returns process and they don't do free returns unless you accept store credit. They also charge a restocking fee. You basically get penalised for a return. Will never buy from them again

So I ordered a dress for an event, not only did it take two weeks to come but it came in torn and damaged. They keep trying to give me partial credits I want my full refund, not only did the inconvenience me but gave me a damaged item.

Ordered two dresses, it was written the delivery time 6-7 days,after 7 days they did not even shipped it. Wanted to cancel my parcel ,but no one is answering. Feeling fooled.

Still waiting on my refund through klarna from FEBRUARY. So glad I did pay in three on klarna as they haven’t been refunding customers for a while. The item itself looked nothing like what I had bought. Their returns portal was then broken meaning it took me longer to return. I received credit memo but no money back. I’ve emailed twice and they blame technical issues but reading reviews this has been going on for 6 months plus of them not refunding customers. I’d avoid! Much better shopping with a more trusted retailer. I’m emailing klarna to have them taken off of their site as they shouldn’t be promoting the use of websites like this.

I ordered a dress from OhPolly back in February and returned it about a week later because it was too big. I have yet to receive my refund. I paid using Klarna and unfortunately, Klarna can't do anything until OhPolly gives the okay. When I reached out to OhPolly for the second (maybe third?) time they claimed that they were having issues processing refunds. It has now been over two months since my purchase was returned :/

Ordered 5 dresses from Oh Polly at the beginning of February, returned them immediately. I have not received any refund (goods costing over £320). I have been in contact via email several times & have just been told there is a technical problem with the refund service. It’s been 10 weeks now. I have never seen such terrible customer service. Do they plan on illegally keeping my £320 and not refunding me?

Been over 8 weeks and still no refund !!! will never be using this company again. Unless you want to shop with no guarantee of a refund I would avoid this company. The only way to contact them is through email and they take minimum 4 days to reply. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Poor customer service Took over 2months for my packaging to arrive and the dress didnt fit so I asked for a refund they said it will be processed in 48hrs but it never happened its been nearly a month Ive sent multiple emails chasing this up and they finally gave me a refund but only 1/2 of the cost of my dress Theyre waiting for you to forget about it and scam you

Scam company! No refund for 1 month. Going to report them as a fraudulent company as I can see many people experiencing the same issue. Someone has to do something about this company, they can’t continue scamming their clients.

I ordered 2 jeans and shorts package said delivered, but never received them, contacted OhPolly they said there is nothing they can do about it, customer service is sucks they only care about making money, they don’t care about customer.

Oh Polly scammed me out of $700 due to app glitches and their customer services team is by far the most incompetent I’ve ever come across—they only send automated messages and ignore any real issues you bring up, and on top of that force u to wait days and days for a reply. A week later my issue is still unresolved. Oh Polly has also deleted their reviews on Facebook to hide their TRUE rating of 1.8 stars; don’t be fooled by the positive reviews on this site or the other review site, I suspect they have a bot flood the sites with positive reviews whenever a negative one is posted. Search their FB on your mobile web browser to see their true reviews
