Shocking customer service. I have emailed over a dozen times , tweeted , phoned and absol utely no reply . I am waiting since early December for a refund . DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY

Would give 0 stars if possible. Never got the package and they gave me a wrong tracking number! Never again, paid 28€ for nothing! I never had problems with receiving packages from online shopping before! I‘m not even sure if they really sent it.

THE WORST!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SHIP YOUR ITEMS!!!! DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO HOW PRETTY THE CLOTHES LOOK! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!!!!

Can’t say about the quality yet, but service is 👎🏻- no response, late delivery, it supposed to come few days ago, when I put my track number -it says doesn’t exist...ha! Well done “Oh Polly”, I won’t recommend to order anything from them. By the way, in total...it’s overpriced. So -double NO.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Only the worst company that I have ever tried to purchase from. Their customer service is non existent and their system is faulty and they try to blame it on the customer. I will never do business with them ever again. Seriously stay away from them. The clothing is lovely but it is not worth the hassle you have to go through and the majority of the time you won’t even get what you ordered. Awful company.

I ordered a bikini set from oh Polly paid £40 which I consider quite expensive for a bikini. I didn’t pay extra for postage just the standard delivery. I awaited the delivery which came 5 days later. Opened it to find the completely wrong item. I contacted the customer care team and told them it was incorrect and as I was going on holiday in a couple of weeks needed this resolving fast which Is why I ordered 3 weeks before I was going. The only solution she could give me was to send it back for a exchange and wait 10 days for it to be processed or reorder it for another £40. I could not afford to shell out another £40 from this months wage so I had to go with the first option. As it was in their error I demanded they cover the postage which she agreed to do if I provided a screenshot of my postage receipt. There was then a farce with sorting the how to refund it and kept refunding into the PayPal account that I explained several times I do not use and don’t have the passwords for. Eventually I got the postage refund sorted. I wait 10 days after the goods were signed for and finally receive a email. Instead of exchanging the goods they just refunded it. So I look on the website nearly every bikini out of stock, as the whole process had taken forever to sort all the goods I was exchanging had gone out of stock so I was extremely disappointed and angry at the service. I then check my refund the day after to discover I was refunded £3.95 less than I had paid. They had clearly just decided to forget they were covering postage and deduct it from what I originally paid. I’m still owed £3.95 after this horrendous experience. Will never use this company again. It isn’t hard to just pick the correct item in the first place to avoid this whole experience.

How did this site actually get any stars? The quality is awful and when you go to r ed turn you are paying over $20. My daughter ordered from here for her 21st birthday. The dress was completely see through with the glitter falling off (literally our floor is covered) and the other outfit had sequined fringe just missing! I am completely outraged. Note to you all.....if they do not have a reasonable return policy, stay away!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! scammers! I ordered a two piece set from oh Polly I payed for next day delivery. I got no email, so I emailed them and messaged them via facebook. Worst costumer service ever no contact number for a start, secondly they take forever to reply. I got told the bank was holding my money , which was so untrue as it came out of my bank and into theirs. The next day they told me I would get a refund , in 48 hrs silly me thaught oh okay it’s my card . So I ordered the same thing off my boyfriends card . Never recieved my refund for the first order , days later I had to call my bank and theirs opened a pursiute with them! Still waiting on my other package that is due out today, but yet they still haven’t even sent it to Royal Mail so I highly doubt i will ever my get my items never mind get them today . 90 pounds later .... their scammers . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OFF A WEBSITE. Ps I did order off here a year ago and had no problems but they’ve completely changed.

Delivery was a nightmare!! Additionally, I can't get in touch with customer service. I have ordered from Oh Polly before, and this situation is completely out of line with my previous experiences. I am incredibly upset with the way it was handled, and honestly, this situation has made me not want to purchase from Oh Polly ever again.

BEWARE of this company, they are nothing but pure scammers. I placed an order for a dress on 7/12 and as of 7/30, I have yet to receive it. The tracking information has not been updated at all. I have emailed their customer service team at least 5 times and all I get is the same generic response. It feels like an automated reply that comes 24 hours after I send my email. I was charged for an item that I never received. This is a complete SCAM and completely unacceptable. Do not make any purchases from them unless you want to throw your money away!

Horrible return and customer service!!! Shein has better return than this company! They gave me store credit gift card and IT DOEA NOT WORK! Sounds like a scam and every attempt to keep your money. Have been emailing for weeks and still have not resolved the issue. They also take forever to reply.

First time ordering from Oh Polly and it will be my last. My order tracking stopped updating 3 days ago. I used the dumb chatbot to get a message to customer service on 4/8. Received a reply from "Louise" saying my order had cleared customs and would arrive in the next couple of days. I sent two follow up emails to her and received no reply. It's now 4/11. The tracking info still hasn't changed or updated. Still no replies from customer service. Submitted a new ticket through the dumb chatbot. If a company can not bother to have a live chat or a phone number where an issue can be escalated and resolved quickly, then they do not deserve your business. Having a chat bot that does nothing and the whole "we will email you if/when we feel like it" approach is not conducive to a successful business. My order was supposed to be here in 5 to 7 business days and it is now far past that time frame. I am livid. Thankfully, I used my credit card to purchase and can dispute the charge and get my money back, which I will be doing today. I just want my money back at this point. Terrible company with non existent customer service.

Bought two dress, both got delivered together both were too small so raised a returned and only one barcode come through so I packaged together and took to local evei shop and then suddenly a partial refund come through they are claiming they only received the cheaper dress and the dearer dress was never returned. I have asked multiple times for them to ask the courier what weight the parcel was (this would of been done at some point on its return back to them) and they are unable to get this information. Disgusting how they can treat people like this. I won’t buy again from them.

If the item goes on sale and jumps back to files price they will refuse to refund your money till you clarify with them. I’m still fighting to get my refund back after filing a claim with them that I dropped and showed proof and they told me to stop contacting them

I ordered 5 items of clothing from Oh Polly, totaling $400. I added express shipping as well. When delivered, I received 3 items from oh Polly, none of which were any of the 5 items i initially ordered. They asked for me to send the mistaken items back , but on the return page, there was no selection to return the items that were sent to me by mistake. All i asked was to still expedite my initial order as i ended up sending back the items that were sent by mistake. They said they could not refund my money although they can see that i sent back the items that were sent by mistake. I asked multiple times that i would rather receive my initial items then a refund. They refused to do so and had the nerve to tell me that i can replace my order even though i have yet to be refunded for my initial order. There is no phone number to make this process easy. It’s all via email that appears to be automated. Since i spent money to expedite my order, i would have thought they would just still send my initial order.

I ordered a black satin dress and instead got a blue XL bathing suit shirt?!? I’m so sad because I have saved up so much money for this dress and worked hard to get the money. I need this dress before the 13th and so utterly defeated. Absolute scam.
