“First off, let me just say how PHENOMENAL Oh Polly’s customer service is. I recently reached out to them just a concern i had with a refund. Less than 24 hrs they were already attentive to me. Just generally the gals who were assisting me were Lauren and Moya, who were absolutely amazing and showed nothing but kindness and there concern on helping me. All i can say is oh polly has quick customer service and obviously professional staff, I’m glad to support this company and couldn’t be happier shopping from them!! Thank you so much!! I definitely recommend shopping from this brand 💓💓”

“Very professional and amazing quality. Would like to also personally thank Sarah for handling a situation so prompt and professionally when my dress was sent in a wrong size and they sent me a brand new one in the right size and told me to keep the other one for free. Highly Recommended!”

“What can I say about ohpolly CUSTOMER service other than they are amazing I cant thankyou enough for helping me out so quickly I wish all companys where like you they really look after the girls and help so many good causes and a massive thankyou to the loverly Nikki who assisted me so well I can not fault you and you are a credit to ohpolly thanks so much and I love love love your collection would but it all if I had the pennies thankyou 💗💗💗”

“Ordering was easy - arrived as promised. Sizing was “iffy” on a couple of tops but all pieces were good quality and packaged well. One item had a very small stain/discoloration mark but the return process was easy to follow. I only had one SMALL complaint related to slow reimbursement after return process but KATIE from customer service responded to my inquiry within 24 hours. She apologized for the delay and any inconvenience it may have caused and expedited my refund. Overall was a good experience and I would purchase from Oh Polly again.”
