“Needed advise on buying a dress from oh Polly as I am pregnant but wanted to see what size to get before ordering it as I am normally an 8 but was unsure if I should get an 8 or 10 and Nikki in Customer Service got back to me this morning such an amazingly quick response and such a lovely person to deal with really helped me with advice on this and now I know Exactly what size to get thank you so much Nikki for all the advice so delighted now that I can get the dress 😊😊”

“The quality of the clothes is always amazing. I like that unlike other ‘similar’ girls fashion brands that you don’t have stupidly cheap prices as that shows me you care about quality. Also I love that you don’t have millions of products to choose from, a select few which is so much nicer to shop through. I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address and with 99% of companies you can never cancel your order, but Gina was amazing and cancelled my order right away. Super friendly and helpful. Thank you so much 💜”
