“A huge thank you to Lauren & Alexandra! I ordered for next day delivery and needed my order by 1pm. Lauren & Alexandra tracked my order and it arrived by 12.10 in plenty of time. Top class customer service 😊 I would definitely recommend Oh Polly to my friends. Thanks again!”

“They always help out massively! never had a problem not solved! had issues ordering yesterday due to no failure on their part and lauren and jess were still happy to help out and resolved my problem so quickly!! can’t wait to order again and worlds recommend them to anyone xxx”

“They offered me two options in order to fix my damaged product which made me feel like they wanted to give me the best option possible!! Yasmin was especially lovely when helping me and was very quick with her responses! Excellent service despite the fault in the product! :)”

“My order took quite long to arrive and Alix decided to refund me even though this issue wasn’t their fault. I also was told to keep the order if it ever turned up and it did. I’m so overly impressed I will be continuing to buy from ohpolly ❤️”
