“Gina was so helpful and responded to my query almost instantly despite being late at night which was so helpful as I was stressed my order was going to be sent to the wrong address”

“The quality of the clothes is always amazing. I like that unlike other ‘similar’ girls fashion brands that you don’t have stupidly cheap prices as that shows me you care about quality. Also I love that you don’t have millions of products to choose from, a select few which is so much nicer to shop through. I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address and with 99% of companies you can never cancel your order, but Gina was amazing and cancelled my order right away. Super friendly and helpful. Thank you so much 💜”

“Hi ! I want to leave a good comment and praise the amazing Jasmine and Megan! I got a perfect product, my dream dress! When I put it on the body its zipper did not close and it was stuck. I turned to customer service and Jasmine and Megan were just lovely, they offered me other options and sent me a new and proper dress! I am so thankful for the amazing service and I am sure I will return to buy following the amazing service of both of them! Thank you very much Beloved, Shani Leonov, Israel”

“Absolutely in love with my oh Polly fur jacket was so worried it had got lost during transit but thank s to Lucy an Gina for getting straight back to me sorting out a refund and then my delivery turned up today mix up during transit and I let oh Polly know an Lucy an Gina said as a goodwill gesture keep the refund and product absolute STARS!! Made my day 🌟🌟”
