Disc is completely unwatchable due to freezing, skipping, etc. it only plays 30 seconds of the film and then does the above mentioned. it makes the film unwatchable as you lose over half of every scene and moment ! i need a refund or new dvd now!

Got the wrong item sent to me. The illustration on web site did not match what I received. I asked them to check for sure but got no response.

I ordered a dvd. Instead I was sent a cassette soundtrack of the dvd! Although I'm almost 50 with a 20year old vehicle, I do not own a cassette player. There's no way I would have ordered a cassette tape. When I attempted to call, the automated service would have me on hold then hang up. I will never use this bogus website again.!

I placed two orders the same day May 5 I expedited one and the other regular shipping. I have received the one that I shipped regular and the one I paid for expedited shipping says it still is being processed and I have not been given an update since. Not happy with this website and not knowing where my order is and paying for extra shipping when it hasn’t even shipped yet.

I ordered 2 DVDs. First, they took forever to be for my order to be shipped, let alone delivered. I’m paying for shipping, I should have it within a week. When I finally did get my package, only one dvd was in the package. There was nothing that said clearly that my order wasn’t complete except a very small note at the bottom that said I had a credit on my account for the amount I paid for the DVD. I looked up the item and it said it was now out of stock, but it wasn’t when I ordered it. If you can’t give me what I ordered, I expect some kind of notification! And if I use that credit I’ll still have to pay shipping on the item I buy! I’m super displeased, what a waste of time.

The mechanics of your website is terrible!! I tried buying there 3-4x's and was totally unable to make a purchase. You need professional help for a website re-do asap. After I wrote a complaint the initial problem FINALLY got solved (weeks later) but I was NEVER notified or received a reply (very poor customer service) AND your site automatically creates its own 'quantity' for purchase (like 2 instead of 1 cd) and it can't be changed until just before checkout....very frustrating! Also, most of your prices are overboard for 'single' cd's as the same ones can usually be found much cheaper on Amazon.

when you're looking to order something it says usually ships in 1-3 days so you're thinking you're going to get it in 1-3 days. THEN after you place the order it says 2-8 business days AFTER order ships. well, so far it's been 5 days, order hasn't shipped. DO NOT order from these people unless it's July and you don't need the product until Christmas. and if you ask to cancel because it hasn't shipped, they won't be able to do that either. Even though they haven't processed your order. Awful.

Aside from the first couple hit songs, I never heard of the rest of the songs on the cd. 90% were non-hits. Will not fall for this again!

your service is terrible my order sat in your offices warehouse whatever for 6 days i literally had to complain to your site just to get it shipped to fed ex which showed up a day after i did so conspicuously with an email i received from your website telling me how they think ill be happy to know my order has shipped to fed-ex almost a week late i might add with no mention of a refund for costing me my economy shipping time i paid for if i wanted to pay for standard snail mail shipping i would have seeing as how with snail mail standard i would have received my package around the same time anyway i think i should get a refund for the shipping i wont be using your company again. very dissatisfied customer even the cd case it came with was mildly damaged not sure if that was in transit or if it was packaged that way not that it matters im sure your company will not make good on any of it with all the other issues ive had i would not be surprised if it was pre damaged before shipping but whatever.

Among all the other nonsense this Company engages in it also is guilty of mail harassment in that it continues to send me catalogs on a weekly and bi-weekly basis in spite of half-dozen calls to it in five months. Its reps are professional liars who falsely assure me that my name and address have been removed from its computer base.
