“First, it takes long time from ordered (5 Sep) to shipped (13 Sep). The shipping (13-18 Sep) didn't take as long as the "processing". Second, my order was shorted one item, but when I looked at your website it still showed in stock. Should I order again or look elsewhere?”

“company i have ever dealt with!!!! and i deal with 30 to 40 movie distributors online this is horrible,no customer service to speak of,when you do talk to someone he (Bernie)ends up lying to me,they don't answer e-mails,phone calls,etc warning people don't buy from these criminals EVER!!! return package”

“Normally your service as been excellent but this order took 2 weeks to ship and then shipping was very slow after it showed the shipping label being created up until I received my package. Service wise from this order definitely needs improvement. Also the one CD I ordered then went out of stock and I was not notified of such. I just had not received the CD when my order arrived. Then when I called to inquire about not receiving the cd the lady I spoke to seemed to have no compassion about my concerns. Her attitude was well we're a mom and pop shop here and that's how it is when we get lots orders due to a big sale we get backed up and when I asked for the cd to be put on back order she said we only put things on backorder that are over $10 and she didn't seem to care that my order was in total $70. This one CD was less than $10 so she did not want to try to help insure that the cd would be backordered and sent to me when it was back in stock. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of compassion and lack of effort to insure I would get the cd, as well as my concerns as to the slow service for this order. This was definitely an extremely poor experience with this order.”

“I have been a long time buyer from your company. Last week, I called and asked about an order I made with the express shipping. I was told that the order was marked without the shipping and I would receive a refund. This week , Tuesday, I called to follow up. The woman I spoke to was very rude and told me that “we don’t know why people are telling people that. We’re not amazon. “. I asked about my refund and was told “ we’re not refunding your money”. I would like to be taken off your mailing list. I will never buy from your company again.”

“Sent the wrong movie. When called re incorrect dvd spent mire time laughing than was interested in making mistake right. Then said I would have to wait for the movie I ordered until they hot their piece of junk they sent back. Loudy customer service. Will never order again”

“the description said DVD DVD not LP repeat not LP but that's what I received instead of a DVD ordering something like that and then waiting for it for a week or two is rough enough but then having to return it and pay for shipping myself completely sucks”

“It is with a heavy heart that I must give my favorite site for my music and DVD shopping such a low rating. My most recent purchase included 5 vinyl recordings which all but one was unsealed. One album I ordered was apparently substituted without my knowledge and for the THIRD time I received the correct sleeve with the wrong album inside!!! I refuse to believe that I am the only customer this has happened to! When I contacted customer service I felt I was treated very 'coldly' and was pawned off to someone else who was not even there that day! I am having to examine whether or not I will continue doing business or recommending this company as I have many times over the past 25 years or so - TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT”

“O was unable to get an answer to why you rejected my order online and was forced to use the hated phone! Then you failed to contact my bank about this incident. I never received an apology for all my grief and frustrated rfforts since it tooseveral emails and a ton of phone alls to resolve a very simple issue. Now I must go and work 24-7 online doing surveys for pennies a day just to make ends meet! Like you Yuppies care- you stole our jobs when we served and you didn't- Ain't that enogh for ya?”

“$40 bucks for a dvd that's on amazon for $9 bucks. Highway robbery. This place is sketchy. Dont trust them at all. Think twice or 3 times, well better to not use this site. No sense in jacking up prices making it seem like the product is scarce.”

“This is my first time using this service ....and my experience was not good, on last Friday I noticed pay pal didn't update my address even tho I did so on the site . So I called oldies.com to let them know and the customer service rep told me to call back on Monday and I would have to speak with Barry and he would rectify the situation. Monday I call and was told by the rep that on Friday that the other rep should have just updated my address Friday and that it was nothing he could do because he labeled it anyway ,knowing the address was Wrong on that Friday and sent it out anyway. Both reps were rude and no help because they should have just let me updated address with them on Friday in there system instead of allowing this to happen , I still haven't received my item of course an am now focrce to contact my bank .”
