I ordered 6 records. 5 were severely warped and one was broken in half. I was sent garbage. That was my first and last experience with oldies.com. Based on reviews I read of this company trying to get a refund or exchange is pointless. DO NOT WASTE your time and hard-earned money on them.

I order weeks ago the audio tapes and have not received them yet. Not happy. I also order a tape recorder the same day and received the recorder the next day.

I did not receive the correct movies. The receipt is correct but not the movies.

Personnel change? This company has gone down hill rapidly due to a crash in customer service which was once quite good. It is now completely unacceptable. I have bought from them almost exclusively their own products (ALP). There have always been problems with discs, such as the wrong thing on the disc, or a disc that hangs up, so customer service is important. In the past it has not been a serious problem. Just reply to customer service with the problem, and they send a replacement. Now they refuse to do anything ("we can't"). All the necessary information is on the email. If they can't, then they could easily forward the email to who can. All they will do is give you a phone number. You call, and nobody answers, so you sit and listen to this sickening noise until you start to get nauseous and about to barf and have to hang up. Why should they insist that the customer gets sick listening for a response? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They conformed shipment on advertised stock they did not have, then order filler shipped something else. Took several calls and over two weeks for refund. Would feel foolish to order again...

Took too long for my movies to get here oh my God had a problem with my credit card I don't understand it would be okay if my movies could get here less than 10 days need to work on that but I still will buy movies from you guys I just like to have them sooner than 10 days

Called in told them I did not receive one of the movies I ordered. And the manager was really rude and not helpful at all. I order at least 30 or more movies a year from them. But I will not order anything else from them. And I am going to post this on every media site I can. You do not treat your customers that way.

The picture did not match the dvd. I called to make sure I was getting the older version that they advertised and pictured and not the newer version. I was assured that it was the older version and that it would match the picture advertised. IT DID NOT! Got the newer version which my autistic son did not want. He wanted the older version. THEY LIED!!

I played the CD today. The first few songs are ok. The last few songs are terrible. Much of the CD is scratchy.

I returned a dvd because both discs froze.I even have delivery confirmation. I never got a refund, credit or replacement. Everytime I called I got the run around !! So I boycotted for 4 years. I gave them another chance after 4 years and I called about my store credit and I still got the run around !! I might boycott them for 10 years now !!!!

The package arrived with a side split open. One dvd was missing. In addition, instead of the Nelson Riddle CD there was a CD entitled Soul Sisters.

I made a purchase that qualified for free shipping. One item became available immediately after the order shipped but the company refused to send it out unless I paid additional shipping charges.

I bought a CD set dor a gift and paid an extra $17 for 1-3 day delivery. It arrived 6 days after shipping and after they had flown home!!! NEVER AGAIN. I also wrote twice to the company email site and never got a response. Buyer beware.
