Personnel change? This company has gone down hill rapidly due to a crash in customer service which was once quite good. It is now completely unacceptable. I have bought from them almost exclusively their own products (ALP). There have always been problems with discs, such as the wrong thing on the disc, or a disc that hangs up, so customer service is important. In the past it has not been a serious problem. Just reply to customer service with the problem, and they send a replacement. Now they refuse to do anything ("we can't"). All the necessary information is on the email. If they can't, then they could easily forward the email to who can. All they will do is give you a phone number. You call, and nobody answers, so you sit and listen to this sickening noise until you start to get nauseous and about to barf and have to hang up. Why should they insist that the customer gets sick listening for a response? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
