“I bought a dvd in November. It was scratched. I am still trying to get a replacement. 6 months later. I am on about my 6th or 7th call. I returned the dvd and was expecting a simple exchange. Or credit back to my card. Every time I call they take my phone number and say Bernie will call me back. I am starting to believe Bernie doesn't exist. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.”

“Order three in stock DVDs on the 8th. They weren't shipped until the 14th and I did not receive them until the 20th. If I had known it would take 12 days to get the DVDs I would not have ordered them. Will not order form oldies.com again.”

During checkout Friday night you selected Free Economy Shipping with an estimated delivery between March 13 - 25th, so it appears the order arrived well within the time you were given. We'd love for you to shop with us again, to get your next order quicker we'd suggest picking a faster shipping method.

“The workmanship of the products are very poor. I’m embarrassed to display it on top of my counter. It’s not the same as pictured on the website. I wanted to return but shipping cost is the same cost of the product. So I might as well just donate it Goodwill.”
