It took 2 1/2 weeks for me to get my one CD

I bought a dvd in November. It was scratched. I am still trying to get a replacement. 6 months later. I am on about my 6th or 7th call. I returned the dvd and was expecting a simple exchange. Or credit back to my card. Every time I call they take my phone number and say Bernie will call me back. I am starting to believe Bernie doesn't exist. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

1. Deliveries of bought CD's take forever. 2, When there is a CD that was not delivered, although I paid for it, I do not receive refund. Who would be pleased with such service?!

Thanks for sharing your feedback. According to Fedex tracking 9261299997970848320073 your package was delivered on time yesterday. If you haven't received it we suggest contacting Fedex, then let us know if there is anything we can do to help.

Order three in stock DVDs on the 8th. They weren't shipped until the 14th and I did not receive them until the 20th. If I had known it would take 12 days to get the DVDs I would not have ordered them. Will not order form oldies.com again.

We appreciate you providing us feedback and we're sorry you are unsatisfied with the speed of delivery. During checkout Friday night you selected Free Economy Shipping with an estimated delivery between March 13 - 25th, so it appears the order arrived well within the time you were given. We'd love for you to shop with us again, to get your next order quicker we'd suggest picking a faster shipping method.

The workmanship of the products are very poor. I’m embarrassed to display it on top of my counter. It’s not the same as pictured on the website. I wanted to return but shipping cost is the same cost of the product. So I might as well just donate it Goodwill.
