Sent them photos of the item. They ignored them. Asked for PR department. They ignored us. They (or at least delay response by days….) any pint you make.
Despite having booties of our item they just (….eventually) sided with the vendor and reckons the brown sofa was grey and the at their hands are tied …and that we should go to PayPal again.

“I purchased a set of step ladders from one buy and they sent me two pieces of metal shelving! It was my first and last purchase from them so at least they got their name right! It was and will only ever be one buy!!! I would have given 0 stars but it doesn't allow that option. Sorry one buy from an extremely disappointed and dissatisfied customer. “Mid Oct purchased a heavy duty electric tyre inflator. Didn't work sent them pictures as they requested. Supposed to be sending me another 2 weeks ago was told be sent on in a day. 2 weeks later no item. Now asked for refund so can purchase elsewhere. Now not even getting a reply. “Bought a multi tool off this website. It’s fault and the supplier won’t reply to emails and having looked further into it found the suppliers address is a takeaway shop in Edinburgh. Clearly a fly by night scam. OnBuy have not vetted this supplier and just took their commission and are now doing nothing to help. I have sent the details to Bournemouth trading standards as they are supposed to be located there. I tried to find their number but it’s not anywhere to be found on the internet.”
