“Excellent service on this occasion couldn't really ask for better. The person who answered the call was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The mechanic was ditto and solved the problem in a matter of minutes. Thank you both.”

“Excellent service after a short phone call the breakdown vehicle was despatched with a tracker so i could follow there progress. The whole thing took 1 hour including fixing my car! well done!”

“I was helped by BP2 when I called to say my car wouldn't start. Within an hour the recovery man arrived and advised it was a flat battery and got it started again within minutes. Extremely pleased with how quick and easy the whole process was.”

“From calling the agent to the driver coming to pick my car up the service was really quick and efficient and everybody was really friendly!! It made the issue of my exhaust falling off my car much less stressful. This all happend last night which was the 4th and at the busiest time of day which was tea time. So thank you guys a great service!!”

“I'd just finished a thirteen hour shift and found I had a flat tyre and no spare. I called One Call and a lovely , very helpful young lady took care of me. Luckily, for me, as I am a NHS worker my basic cover was upgraded to Gold. Within 30 minutes from making the call, both my car and I were recovered and I was taken home by a lovely young man who put me at my ease.”

“I was amazed just how quick Greenflag came out from calling. The lady Shona was so lovely, its the first time I used my rescue extra, so nice to know that they were there when I needed them. Its been so cold that my battery had gone completely flat. The guy adhered to all covid procedures, stayed his distance and was very polite and helpful. He advised me that maybe a new battery would be needed, I had it changed that day, now am back on the road. Thank you.”
