“So far I haven’t been picked up but the operating agent that organises the pick up was absolutely amazing. The best I ever had you put me at ease as I was panicking once you rectified any situations and has made my day better already. JT2”

“Had puncture & Leaking coolant. Once the quick tyre change was done was advised to drive but keep on topping coolant every half an hour. Didn't even manage to go 100 metres. Then Evo or Emo from Romania, sorry confused with the name came in. He was very helpful, polite, friendly as well as very professional. As we were 3 person & couldn't fit in his tow truck he called the company & manage to get a bigger truck while kept us secure and safe. On the other hand Mohamad who towed us to garage and then dropped us home was also very helpful, friendly, polite and very professional. Hats off to all these guys who were doing their job very honestly and professionally and came early then estimated time. Also Brad & the other guy in customer service were very friendly, helpful, polite and professional in dealing with the suitation. Thank you all.”

“I had to wait a long time but my recovery guy was lovely. Horrendous traffic and his lorry broke whilst getting us home. But he still made sure we were OK.”

“Would have preferred talking to someone about location of vehicle and payment, etc instead of doing it online .But apart from that I was pleased with the service provided.Dave the recovery driver was brilliant.Thanks”

“Polite and professional call handlers. ETA of recovery vehicle though was 1.5 hours. After hearing nothing, I called again after 2 hours and was told it would now be 2.5 hours. Eventually I waited FOUR HOURS for the recovery vehicle to turn up. No attempt to diagnose or repair the problem, just a tow to the garage and left to make my own way home. £10 excess initially quoted increased to £20 after booking.”

“Username AH4 was very good on the phone and sorted it out quick. It was just waiting for the recovery vehicle was 20 minutes later than eta but was nice and did the job.”
