“Within a very short while of reporting the breakdown, we were given an expected time of arrival, around 1.5 hours. Just 15 mins later, the breakdown driver rang to say he was on his way, the app was also updated. He arrived shortly after that, and the car was brought home quickly, well exceeding the 1.5 hour target given just for his arrival. He made a stressful situation a lot easier.”

“Although the distance involved is quite small ( approx 25 miles) it is very disconcerting to breakdown in TOTAL darkness on a very busy road , we were dealt with VERY efficiently by agent at one call and the recovery truck . The total time between initial call at 8-15 pm and arrival home at 9-45 was only 90 mins .Thank you.”

“The engineer from the recovery company arrived to the minute quoted having travelled quite a distance to get to me. A big thumbs up to the very polite young guy in attendance who got me fixed in no time at all and also to the Homestead Garage LLP.”

“Fantastic response. My vehicle was recovered and delivered to a garage in only one hour. Very very happy with the response time. The call handler was very helpful and the recovery driver was very pleasant and kept me well informed by phone. Excellent service!!!!”

“Unable to use portal to request breakdown no reading spectacles to hand. On contacting again was put through to a very helpful and patient young lady Eniston? Very pleased with the recovery service aswell respectful, polite, efficient and a very pleasant young recovery driver. Thank you”

“Called them out to be recovered to my home address after telling them that sometimes car does start but then cuts out but because the vehicle started they refused to recover the vehicle. Waste of time”

“I was stranded on a motorcycle with a puncture. A call to One Call had me recovered in just under an hour. Excellent service all round. 👍”

“The recovery driver Paul was very friendly, professional and quick to get the vehicle and all the passengers on board and headed home. Only disadvantage was the 3.5 hour wait by the side of a very busy dual carriage way with no where to wait.”
