“Very easy call made to centre then gave further details of problem via on-line hub. Rescue arrived within the hour and resolved problem. Great service.”

“Good communication and active map with arrival of low loader was very helpful. Driver was very helpful and tried to find problem before loading. Was a bit later than text stating arrival time but kept informed by telephone of new arrival time.”
