“Appalling service from the agent who was expecting to email me a link so that I could arrange a garage to take my car....I explained that I was in a remote rural area without lights signal and I was on my own.i explained that the repair was basic but was told that you don't do roadside repairs. I was then told that I would be taken to the selected garage and left to get myself home despite my reiteration of my location with no station and a couple of hourly bus routes. I waited until 7pm after phoning at 3.30pm. The driver told me that he had only been given the job 45 mins earlier. I have full cover and this is my first call out and I wonder exactly what I am paying for. I will be joining the RAC immediately and would urge any other One Call breakdown customers to do the same. Utterly disgraceful.”

“This was just superb! I was on my way to the airport and my van became sick. The breakdown driver was there in just over an hour and got me to the airport on time and I managed to get my flight. Great service and very efficient :)”

“First time we have used this service, car refused to start, breakdown truck. arrived very promptly,driver diagnosed the faults as a battery failure, he managed to get the car started and advised me battery needed replacing,got a new one - problem fixed,excellent service,!”
