“The first time I had to use the service took a while, and the guy said the battery was useless. The 2nd time I had to (this time) was great! Very quick response time and the guy simply jump-started the car, told me to take it for a 20 min spin and was nice, friendly and personable to boot. Very highly recommended :P (the 2nd time, not the 1st...)”

“Got through to the breakdown team within 2 minutes, and they confirmed a mechanic would be out to my car within 2 hours, which happened!”

“Flat tyre first guycame out without any tools he had half a set of sockets none fitted bolts he phoned for another guy to come out said he wont be long 3hrs later still no sign phoned up again said guy will be out within 45 min 2 and half hrs later guy turns up starts loading my van on trailer I said it's not for recovery I need my wheel changing he says no I'm here to recover your van luckily he had the right size socket in his motor from phone call to getting wheel changed 9hrs I wont be renewing my breakdown”

“Excellent service from One Call Rescue when my car broke down. From the first phone call clearly advising how the rescue works - to a repair technician arriving promptly on sight. He was professional and thorough, explaining the error on my car and that further investigation was needed before repairing. One Call Rescue arranged transport that same day - within a few hours for my car to be delivered to my local garage. The pick up person was very skilled and mindful about transporting the car. Overall, a 10/10 service - made easier knowing it is all part of my Gold plan with One Call Car Insurance. Very happy for a Brilliant job.”

“I logged the breakdown at 8am, the recovery vehicle was with me by 9 and the vehicle was back on the road by 11. Recovery person was polite and efficient and the service as a whole was simple and well managed. Thank you!”

“Mixed. Call handlers were helpful. First mechanic came within 30 minutes. Changed burst tyre and recharged battery and said I was good to go. I expressed my concern that before the blow out there was a noise from under the car and I was worried about continuing my journey on the motorway. He said everything was fine, the tyre was just poor quality and basically left me without further checks. I started to drive off but the noise was still there. Called helpline again. They said they could not arrange the car to be towed home until the afternoon of the next day! I needed to get home earlier so took the train which they refused to cover the cost of. The driver of the delivery truck correctly diagnosed a broken mainspring which had gauged a hole in the tyre. If I had followed the advice of the first mechanic I would have gone onto the motorway which was 5 minutes away and the second tyre would also have burst with potentially catastrophic results! The driver of the pick up lorry was extremely helpful and friendly.”
