The two people we spoke to at ‘One Call’ were efficient and friendly. The rescue truck arrived half an hour before expected time and the driver was calm and friendly as were ‘Roberts Tyres’ in Sleaford. Back on the road in just over two hours. Great service all round.

Easy to phone then you are pushed to complete a form online despite giving the very same details before. One call should rename itself to one hundred taps. Garage guy Billy from Westbourne was excellent and so quick. All credit to him.

They gave a time off when they would reach my car and they were actually early. The driver was friendly and did a great job.

I think the drivers name was Ray, I can't be sure and he was excellent. He arrived well within the stipulated time and was just so reassuring and helpful. I felt my car was in safe hands on his vehicle. Keep up the good work.

It was so easy to manouver around the app, much easier than I anticipated and straight to the point questions, where are you, post code, or Google location, it took me less than 5 mins to report my breakdown and get an estimated time of arrival from the break down driver. He arrived withina half hour and had me up and running in just a few minutes. A very proffesional and well trained individual.

Quick and easy process to request recovery, kept upto date with estimated recovery time and given tracking link for recovery. Recovery arrived quickly and well before estimated time, friendly, professional driver, couldn’t ask for better service

It was before the call centre was open in the morning so I used the online portal to request help and was surprised at how easy it was. I was glad the call centre had opened later as I needed to tell them the street address of the house I was in was different to the address of the garage the car was in - the garage was accessed via the other side of the building. The breakdown guy was fantastic and I'd like to give my thanks again. He was so helpful, Gabe me advice on top of fixing the issue and I really can't thank him enough. Aldridge and Sons - top, top review and top, top recommendation. Thanks for the help.

Finally after having to call 3 times the lad I spoke to was very helpful and patient. I got the impression that their systems are not great as took 5 minutes to find my location. He sorted recovery which arrived quicker than expected. The recovery bloke was great, very helpful about sorting replacement tyre/wheel and got me home before his original expected time of arrival.

I had a flat tyre and booking the breakdown was easy online on my mobile. But, I was a femal alone I broke down at 1pm and the breaksown arriaved at 4.15pm. So a long wait and I got very cold during the wait. Although the man who fixed the tyre did a good job. He was weird and I didnot feel safe around him. He asked if I was single, why? I found this to be very weird indeed and not something you would expect at the side of the road. This is why I wouldn't use this service again.

What an absolute nightmare! Broke down due to a dead battery. Trying to "book" a recovery, you have to do this online. Trouble is, in the valleys, mobile signal is patchy at best, website wasn't working g properly due to a slow connection, phoned and the agent said, so you want me to do it do you - well yes! They hung up on me. Ended up using Asia's wifi paid for it, only to he told something went wrong and to call the number I had originally called in the first place. So in my opinion, based entirely off my experience, if the included breakdown is an element in deciding to purchase, I wouldn't bother and would recommend paying that little extra for the AA and an insurance company that encourages you to call them rather than just online. Also their website looks like it was designed by someone in primary school, very poor functionality, colour schemes and doesn't work that well on a mobile. ~ apologies to all those school.kids that 8 just insulted.

Was easy to report my breakdown on line. Estimated time the mechanic would arrive was sooner than i had imagined. Infact the mechanic Andy of Red House arrived earlier. He waited for me to return to my car. Andy quickly got my car going. Tested my car battery and advised to replace. Andy waited for me to safely drive off before he too went on to help someone else. Very good service.
