Ray attended my call out. He phoned ahead to let me know how long he would be. He inspected every possibility before arriving at the problem with my battery. He then followed me to the nearest Halfords to make sure I made it. He is a very helpful lovely man.

Very quick to respond - got me going so could get home. Had trouble with portal. So phoned again and they did all for me - 2nd operator very helpful.

I Called "One Call" breakdown home start today they unable to fix the problem today as My own garage cannot accept my car through The OneCall "Recovery Service" till next week So after a discussion with the "One Call" representative they will allow me to get the recovery done next week from home, when my garage can repair the problem So disappointed it couldn't be repaired today at the roadside but I was very pleased with the service and attention received today from your company and hopefully it will be recovered next week to my garage Many thanks John whittamore

Handler gave wrong breakdown address to recovery driver Got to me on time fixed problem Phoned me to find me I was upset about the wrong instructions Recovery driver said he gets it all the time and well if that's the case why not phone the person to confirm where I am instead of being mouthy to me I did get upset and agreed with him in the end but he should deal with it better as am the one sitting in the freezing cold And said do you want me to fix it or not it is what it is in future he should phone and confirm the breakdown where abouts Handler must do better??

Great to get a link to see where recovery truck was. Gave real piece of mind. Beeches recovery were excellent. Sebastian came out first to review the vehicle. Very knowledgable and clam. Vehicle couldn’t be fixed but we were at at running camp with my daughter so was keen to stay the day so she could complete it. One call would not “pre book” a recovery truck, but Sebastian asked his control room and they sorted it out with one call - that’s customer service Mick came right on time, quick and friendly. Got us home safe and well

Quick, easy,prompt, reassuring service. Made a difficult situation so much easier. Never used this service before but I was surprised how efficient the logging of the breakdown was and how quickly someone called me and explained what would happen. I was given a time frame but again assured I would be kept updated with progress, even a link to see how far away the recovery truck was. Arrival was quicker than the max and min time that was originally proposed. My car was delivered safely to the required destination. Would100% recommend, especially for novices like me!

Recovery a recieved today was brilliant has it was last time he got to my car super fast fixed the problem he was very helpful and polite am over the moon a got this cover on my car one call insurance highly recommended 100%

When I initially called for assistance, the operator informed me I would be sent a link to complete. The link arrived on my phone which I completed, which was not the easiest because it took many attempts for the form buttons to react. Having completed the link I then waited for an hour and 20 minutes and no one showed. I then called again and another operator informed me that there was no information regarding my last call. I then explained to her that I had completed the link sent to me, but no, there was no information regarding my breakdown. The operator then made my case a priority and a very polite charming friendly recovery operator from Midhurst Recovery came out within an hour 10 minutes. He then took me back to my home and all was fine. The recovery driver was very professional in every way. I have a couple of relative important observation to make: 1. Sending a customer a link to complete is ok for the younger generation, and I am tech confident, but it was complicated, and if the signal is poor especially where I was broken down, it's very time consuming. 2. Why can't the call centre operator take all your details over the phone and give a time span of when the recovery will be out to you? This is what the call operator did on my second call. I suggest scrap the sending of the link, and have the call operator deal with everything on the initial customers call.

The lady who took my call was brilliant. Everything was dealt with quickly and when the mechanic came out to me he was also brilliant! Very knowledgable, re assuring and kind.

Sam from Edam recovery was very good and calming because I was quite stressed! He got my vehicle home with no problems only thing was it took an hour longer for him to get to me than I was told so 3 hours in total to wait but it was at peak traffic time so thank you Sam!

The breakdown phone call was answered quickly by a friendly lady. We tried to answer the online questions as requested but with the motorway traffic thundering by it was quite stressful. However, when we rang back the lady was very helpful and completed the questions for us. The rescue truck arrived in about an hour and a half and before the scheduled arrival time and he delivered us to our destination in a professional manner. The whole experience was very reassuring.

I had a flat and couldn’t get the nuts off to change the wheel. I called one call rescue line. It was answered very quickly by a very helpful and polite man. He explained the process of a text and how to process the call out. The text came immediately. I followed the links which picked up where I was ok Ned on a map accurate the house number and street. One hi. Up in the process was the question re pets in the car. I ticked zero but it stalled at that question. I called back and spoke to the same helpful man who immediately actioned it over the phone. Ten minutes later I had a call from the mechanic to say he was in his way. The tyre was changed successfully and I was on my way again. I was very satisfied and impressed by the first class service all the way. Thank you

Call staff were good but recovery was terrible took me 5 phone calls to get somebody what was surpose to be 60 to 90 mins turned out to be 4 hours only once did I get a call from the recovery people and that was when he had gone past our house and dident now what number we lived at that was a terrible service
