“Broke down at petrol station 11:00 am sent one call a message through my portal and received reply saying be with you at 15:08. Throwing it with rain sat and waited, nothing. At around 5pm received a call to say they won’t be coming until tomorrow. Ok, left the van until next day. Chap was great on the phone however, received two messages to say they would pick up van at 11:am then 10:15 am. Recovery called and didn’t have any idea where the van was, after I’d told 4 different people where it was? Recovery were great, no problem however a 36 hr wait from One Call is very poor and I will not be renewing. All staff were very polite but the company needs to buck up their organisations if they are going to offer breakdowns.Had no idea and was never asked if I had any children or vulnerable people with me, so where was I supposed to go? Very very bad all round.”

“Within half a hour of my call in A12 Ipswich, one call insurance sent the breakdown agent to help out to fix the Stepney replacing the blown rear tyre and guided to the nearest garage to get a new tyre.”

“I was very impressed at how easy and quick, from start to finish the whole thing was, we had someone with us within an hour of reporting that we needed some help. The guy who rescued myself and my little girl was very friendly and made a horrible situation that little bit better...I didn't catch his name but nothing was too much trouble!! Genuinely happy with the service that we received.”

“Is the first time I used the breakdown service. I was very impressed. The form was easy to filled and submitted. The response was prompt. I was back on the road in 30 minutes. The staff who sorted my issue was very professional, polite and gave me reassurance. I am very impressed.”

“I don’t want to make a huge fuss here ! As at the end of the day they recovered my broken down vehicle and that is their job, I am a stonemason and fencer and do my job well, But I do not expect huge adoration for doing it ! As it is my job, however they turned up, recovered my vehicle and took myself and vehicle home ( after a hour and a half) the recovery guy was pleasant enough and he did his job as was expected, so all in all, I got what I paid for ( breakdown recovery) with no issues.”

“This was a five star service both from the gentleman who took my call and the lads from Ilfracombe who came and sorted out my problem. They were efficient very quick and got me back on the road as quickly as possible. Thank you so much.”

“I was kept updated throughout. Even on a bank holiday I was seen quickly and when they couldn't get my car working we were kept updated on the plan. Both men who attended were friendly and kind and put me at ease.”
