“Parker Fry arrived and tested my car battery. He got it started. I was told to go to Halfords and get a battery test printout. That showed my battery was dead. Halfords fitted a new battery. Parker Fry was very helpful, polite and professional.”

“Very efficient service turned up when they said also you can monitor were they are on your phone ( only point is they used a lift and tow vehicle, would rather they used a flat back vehicle on a 55 year old car)”

“There were several problems with the rescue last night. I need to speak to one call and get all this resolved. The main bugbear is that they expect things to go smoothly with online assistance. In an emergency this is rarely the case. Telephone assistance is far more reliable and psychologically preferable when under this type of stress.”

“They arrived within about an hour after the call was made and at the time I was given when notified. Driver from Westbourne very polite and helpful and managed to park by the car on a very busy evening. He got the car going while my husband went back to work and was able to drive it home when he finished work. Very impressed with your service.”

“My motorbike stalled. Having struggled to get my motorbike running properly I called for recovery. He arrived well within 2 hours, and helped me get it going again. He didn't rush me, but waited till I was happy with how the bike was running and waited for me to leave. All was good.”
