“Prompt & understanding response to my vehicle breakdown. The technician arrived quickly, was very pleasant & friendly . “The response time was great. The breakdown guy that attended was polite, friendly and informative. He went over and above and offered to follow me home (just a shortish distance) just to make sure there were no further problems on the country road home. I was so reassured by this, so a big thank you to him.”

“Excellent service, from the call centre. The wait time from the breakdown mechanic, A1, was under half an hour. I had my elderly mother with me so I was concerned about the wait time. The mechanic looked at the issue and was able to reassure me that the problem was not as bad as I had initially thought, this was very reassuring. He then towed the vehicle to my local garage. Very happy with this quick, excellent service.”

“Went to One Call website logged in asked in chat if my policy included home start in the breakdown cover that was included they said yes I had paid for that. Then I clicked on the breakdown tab and followed the instructions to report a breakdown which was my car not starting when I turned the key. got a text to say they will be with me in about an hour and a half. Surprisingly they arrived half an hour later. Connected a battery booster to the battery of my car asked to start the car and it started. Job done. Told me to leave the car running for 45 minutes. The guy was very friendly and professional. Would recommend them as they did a good speedy job. I am very satisfied with what they did HG5”
