Customer Services lady was very helpful and calm. Advised when approx to expect Repair Man who arrived in time and was very pleasant and soon sorted problem. Big thanks to both. CSM1

They informed me they had upgraded all nhs staff to a higher breakdown recovery status-free of charge,which I was not aware I was ‘entitled’ too,so picking up that cost is a marvellous gesture-thanks for the info Brad.

I used the online Breakdown service and within 5 minutes I was contacted by an agent. Within 40minutes The rescue vehicle arrived. Had to pay £20 to jumpstart my car as I only have the basic breakdown package, but I’m vey glad with the service I received. SM1

OMG, Were do I start !! I just want to say "One call insurance" have the worst breakdown cover I have ever had the misfortune to use. After requesting a my first recovery service, I was told that my VIP breakdown cover doesn't cover the recovery my caravan, and I would need to pay a fee of £80 after speaking to several different staff at One call, and told them I was not happy to pay this fee having a VIP membership, one staff member seemed helpful and said I wouldn't have to pay the £80 fee, then another staff member ,said I would have to pay the fee, who was I supposed to believe ? such an un professional service. I did end up paying the £80 fee in the finish to get recovered that day. Since I've been back home, I been intouch with one call on thier live chat , Still getting the same mixed messages from them, in one instance they were going to refund me ,then in the next message they wasn't, what the hell is going on !! I told them I do alot of touring and know, I would have made it clear from the start to One Call insurance when purchasing breakdown cover, that I would require a nationwide recovery service for a car and caravan. I didn't get a refund so I have now cancelled my breakdown cover with One call and I will not be renewing my motor insurance with them aswell. AVOID their breakdown cover at all costs , but if you have one already ? I suggest you read the small print, like they told me to do ,because they have a tendency of changing the goal posts.

Prompt & understanding response to my vehicle breakdown. The technician arrived quickly, was very pleasant & friendly . The problem was corrected & he gave me some useful advice regarding the replacement of my battery. Great customer service from the initial phone call to the problem being resolved !

The response time was great. The breakdown guy that attended was polite, friendly and informative. He went over and above and offered to follow me home (just a shortish distance) just to make sure there were no further problems on the country road home. I was so reassured by this, so a big thank you to him.

Excellent service, from the call centre. The wait time from the breakdown mechanic, A1, was under half an hour. I had my elderly mother with me so I was concerned about the wait time. The mechanic looked at the issue and was able to reassure me that the problem was not as bad as I had initially thought, this was very reassuring. He then towed the vehicle to my local garage. Very happy with this quick, excellent service.

The breakdown was in Falmouth. The breakdown service called was from Plymouth, some 65 miles away. Consequently, we were waiting for over two hours! We had to pay £225 which could possibly have been made less expensive by calling a local garage. Once there, the breakdown was dealt with courteously and efficiently. SM1

Stellar service! Fast response and got me moving on the carriageway. Then followed me to next services to make sure all was ok. Polite and confident. Just what you want when stranded on M20 hard shoulder!
