“Awful. Had no Internet signal and kept getting told to go to the portal rather than call. Took 5 hours to get the vehicle out and in general were far more concerned with collecting their fee than getting us home. I was with my 2 year old and pregnant partner, they sent the wrong towing vehicle that wouldnt fit us all in so we'd have to get a cab home.”

“Really happy with App and the response I got to registering a call for breakdown assistance. However there does need to be an ability to declare that assistance is no longer required if the problem clears itself as it did in my case.”

“John today was very helpful re my cracked windscreen .Sorted it quickly . Auto windscreen not so good ...came and went 2 weeks ago ...weather too bad. Ended up going to local garage to get it sorted .”

“Really a shame you have to log onto the portal to log a breakdown. I had to call to report a breakdown to be told to go to the portal. I was dealing with a low battery and this added to my stress. I was also told by the breakdown guy that I could have driven home.”
