They used to be good about 5 years ago and then had a restructure and the service nose dived into the ground. Do not use they are a nightmare!!

Do not deal with this company. To say they use sharp practice is an understatement. I have fallen foul several times with silver tongued sales people. They will always push you to a business contract to avoid the cooling off period and deliberately try and throw in 36 month contract without you realising. When my contract ends I will never ever ever go near this company again. Avoid

Spent an hour on the phone yesterday to these people (they called me) I was busy in my shop and agreed to a contract with them which sounded ok (new phone), but assumed would be 14 day cooling off period. Only today I realise there’s no cooling off period because it’s a business tariff. So I’m stuck with a much more expensive tariff that I don’t need. Beware - complete conmen.

Avoid like the plague. I added two numbers to my account and months later when I rang to cancel they mysteriously couldn't find my account. Then they cancelled the wrong contracts, leaving one open. I distinctly remember saying to the rep "is that it, is that all I have to do?" and was told "yes". They never call me back, just keep insisting I owe them £60 and threatening to cut off my phone. Bunch of bullies.

Just received a bill for £732 for the full length of a contract even though onecon admit I never received the phone. They keep promising a call back within 24 hours which never happens. Please avoid these cowboys

I had a similar experience as Clive Durham in that I didn't realise that the rebate payments only lasted for a limited time on my one com contract. I only do a small amount of work now &I am semi retired due to an accident resulting in a hip replacement so I can no longer do what I used to, now on shorter work hours I am struggling to pay the amount, but one com said I would have been sent the information at the start &I should have spotted this in the small print. I was also told that I didn't have a cooling off period by the salesman on one of the earliest phone calls to me so felt trapped to swap to them from the company I was with.

5/12/18 I received a letter from onecom advising me that my plan with Vodafone ( satisfied customer for 30 years) was about to change. They spoke about”loyalty concessions “ so I changed my mobiles (3) to them. I am not a business. I later found out that onecom ostensibly provides for business customers. I was offered a discounted price to include a rebate. I duly l agreed and signed up for 24 months as it happens. After 13/14 months I checked my bank account to see that the rebate payments had stopped. Apparently they were only for 12 months. I now have to pay what amounts to double until the period runs out. I suppose I should have read the small print which presumably I was sent but I would like to alert others who might be tempted by this. I don’t remember being made aware that the rebates were only for 12 months. I have been the victim of sharp practice and extremely unhelpful onecom staff. I cannot wait to get out and go back to Vodafone and get my bills down from £120 a month to something much more reasonable like most people.

This company took over my account from Vodafone without consent from me. They doubled my monthly payment, and continually lie about renewing your contract with them. Reading the reviews I can see that this is normal practice to them. I am going to contact Vodafone to see what they have to say. How can they be allowed to do this when you have been with them for years and then passed over to a bunch of people who tell you a load of lines

The company lied to me 4 yrs ago & told me they'd taken over ALL Vodafone contracts. They haven't....my other half is still with Vodafone. I'm paying far too much for this service & I can't afford it. I've asked to be put on pay as you go & should've had an email, so I can sign & leave in 30 days. Guess what? No email as yet. I'm contacting Ofcom if it's not with me tomorrow. Don't like being lied to. 😤

Appalling service. I'm with Vodaphone who couldn't even inform me that they had transferred the management of my account to onecom. I need to leave the contract they offered me and it is proving almost impossible. I was told I had to pay a fee to exit, and when I reminded them of the 14 day cooling off period, the operator lied and wrote down that she had told me of that I'm going to offcom.

Really wish I could give NO stars! We were customers of Truetelecom, but when our contract was coming to an end in December 2017, we were told that they were about to cease trading and couldn't continue to supply us - so we switched to TalkTalk. However, we kept getting invoices form Onecom and no matter how many times we phoned and wrote to explain and dispute the alleged debt, the invoices and reminders kept coming and then the threatening phone calls started. Finally, yesterday, after a year of persistent threats and time wasting, we have received an ''invoice'' (nearing a totally incorrect postal address), which is actually a credit note for the alleged debt. The covering e-mail contains no apology or explanation and is totally inappropriate in that it refers to the attachment as if it is, indeed, a monthly invoice due for payment. Terrible company - and the Trustpilot rating is just further indication that this is NOT an independent site and reviews are selectively vetted to give a biased assessment of the companies which support and finance Trustpilot.

They took over my contract and we no longer receive unlimited fibre broadband, their router can not take the number of devices we use. We have called almost everyday for 3 weeks to get this sorted. We have been told we’d get a new router (it’s never arrived) and they never return phone calls. The direct line number we were given to a Dave cox is useless as he avoids our calls. We want out of the contract that they can no longer provide yet they want to charge us a rediculus amount to leave them. But they are the ones that aren’t meeting there contract.

Dont ever take a contract from onecome as you will never be able to leave , they have you stuck in a contract for 24 months , however they tell you when you are signing up you can change your plan in 12 months but what they dont tell you is after 12months you call up its another 24months , so im now on a sim only that is costing me 43 pounds a month for 12 months so i can get rid of them , STAY CLEAR ** dreadful company .

My vodafone mobile phone tariff was changed without my authorisation or request. The rate increased from £37 to £58 per month. I don't use the internet, so just calls and texts using my old nokia and never have charges on top of my latest price plan. I have been attempting to get this resolved, but as Onecom will not backdate any change to when they originally changed my plan, I will not waste more of my time. I was advised to contact their complaints department, but as I have spoken to various departments and the answer (when I get through or they do actually make the promised call back) is always the same, it would be a further waste of time. It's nice to know these people appreciate and respect a vodafone customer of 15+ years
