where do I start! Was told when transferred that Onecom would cover the cost of transfer, only to be presented with a bill for over £1100 from my previous provider for hardware that onecom told me to ignore and they weren't accountable for it. I had to pay it, so £1100 out of pocket. Secondly they sent me 2 dongles, so I informed them and I sent one back to them as I am honest only to be chased for 3 months for it. I eventually sent the the second one I was supposed to have back just to get them off my back as I said I didn't need a dongle in the first place. Then to top it all off my phone was disconnected the bank holiday weekend. When I eventually got through to them they put me on to Vodaphone who informed me that the direct debit had been not set up. On checking the bank details the sort code was correct but I don't who the account number was it certainly wasn't the account number I gave them. I can only say the the service given by Onecom was and is shambolic. I have never dealt with a company that have managed to get everything wrong they touch.

Stear well clear of this of this lot. The saying "If it sounds to good to be true. then it probably is" never has more meaning !!! Contract of 36 months that will cost £2600 to get out of, billing large amounts of money early in the month and then crediting some back half way through the month. FREE Amazon Prime, but they charge £9.43 per month when it's only £7.99 if you arrange it yourself... Pushy sales techniques with promises of fantastic savings then when all the extras are added and then VAT on top of that it's not so cheap.. All charges are + VAT and all credits are ZERO VAT. Robbing lot, Vodafone don't want to know they just keep saying they are a partner company.. AVOID AVOID AVOID this company !!!!!!!!!!!!

Beware of their Contract terms and conditions. They told me verbally before I took out the Contract that I could review the Contract annually to which I assumed they meant I could opt out and seek another supplier if I was unhappy with them. After a year my internet was so bad I changed to another supplier with speeds of 10 times faster and at a cheaper price. The termination costs were astronomic as they claimed I was in a 5 year Contract which they never explained at the start. In the end they agreed to sever the internet part of the Contract provided I keep the landline. 14 months later I am aiming to move to a BT landline as they are considerably more competitive but again they want to charge thousands as a termination fee. They claim I still have over 3 years remaining which they attempt to tie you into. Extremely anti competitive and not what I understood. They now claim that I misunderstood the annual review as they claim it does not allow me to move. The termination fees are certainly not justified and never were they explained to me at the start. Keep well away as they attempt to tie you in to a very very long contract and their prices are far too high.

BEWARE! They are absolutely Crooked, Deceiving and intently defrauding ordinary people by luring them into BUSINESS contracts for 36 months. they do this circumvent the 14 day cooling off period. Business contracts do not qualify for the cooling off period, surprisingly. That loo hole should be closed! Onecom will destroy Vodafones reputation. The only reason I fell for them was because they used Vodafones name which gave a false sense of security. Disgusting! If anyone from Onecom calls you - simply hang up! Dont listen to the "Free This, Free That! Nonsense! happy to launch a class action against them if there are enough of us.

WARNING WARNING: Get everything in writing before you agree to anything or this company will hoodwink you without a second thought. DO NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING ON THE PHONE. This company is merciless with regard to your personal circumstances and they will use the no cooling off period business to business clause. Shocking business practices, even more so in a time of global pandemic.

My problems with Onecom started when I discovered that the courier company they use to deliver SIM cards was having problems locating my house and they failed to pass on instructions to the courier company on how to find it. For the last 11 days I have been without a service on my work phone as Onecom decided to activate the SIM which was lost in transit and cut me off from my former service provider. I had to suggest that a second, replacement SIM be sent. The courier company again had problems delivering the item and I spent hours talking to Onecom. I finally spoke to the courier company and discovered that they had no record of anyone from Onecom contacting them with delivery intructions. Only my direct intervention resulted in the SIM being delivered - after 11 days. During the course of my attempts to resolve the situation, I spoke to the company who will be providing the phone service and found that the length of contract it believed I have with it is 12 months longer than the contract I have with Onecom. Despite raising this discrepancy with Onecom, I have yet to receive an answer. I would strongly recommend that anyone reading this review decides to have nothing whatsoever to do with Onecom. They are interested in making a sale but not in providing a service.

Do not deal with this company. To say they use sharp practice is an understatement. I have fallen foul several times with silver tongued sales people. They will always push you to a business contract to avoid the cooling off period and deliberately try and throw in 36 month contract without you realising. When my contract ends I will never ever ever go near this company again. Avoid

Spent an hour on the phone yesterday to these people (they called me) I was busy in my shop and agreed to a contract with them which sounded ok (new phone), but assumed would be 14 day cooling off period. Only today I realise there’s no cooling off period because it’s a business tariff. So I’m stuck with a much more expensive tariff that I don’t need. Beware - complete conmen.

Avoid like the plague. I added two numbers to my account and months later when I rang to cancel they mysteriously couldn't find my account. Then they cancelled the wrong contracts, leaving one open. I distinctly remember saying to the rep "is that it, is that all I have to do?" and was told "yes". They never call me back, just keep insisting I owe them £60 and threatening to cut off my phone. Bunch of bullies.

Just received a bill for £732 for the full length of a contract even though onecon admit I never received the phone. They keep promising a call back within 24 hours which never happens. Please avoid these cowboys

I had a similar experience as Clive Durham in that I didn't realise that the rebate payments only lasted for a limited time on my one com contract. I only do a small amount of work now &I am semi retired due to an accident resulting in a hip replacement so I can no longer do what I used to, now on shorter work hours I am struggling to pay the amount, but one com said I would have been sent the information at the start &I should have spotted this in the small print. I was also told that I didn't have a cooling off period by the salesman on one of the earliest phone calls to me so felt trapped to swap to them from the company I was with.
