I left a message on this review site as I hadn't received the e-mail to resolve my issue. I was contacted by Molly's line manager who reposted the original e-mail that I had not received. I am now working to resolve my issues with the required information. Great customer care, really impressed that my posted review resulted in being contacted and resolving my issue - Good work Onecom

Avoid like the plague. I added two numbers to my account and months later when I rang to cancel they mysteriously couldn't find my account. Then they cancelled the wrong contracts, leaving one open. I distinctly remember saying to the rep "is that it, is that all I have to do?" and was told "yes". They never call me back, just keep insisting I owe them £60 and threatening to cut off my phone. Bunch of bullies.

Aaron, one of the onecom team has made me very happy. I had a real problem trying to download and receive Now TV which was a gift from onecom on my new Vodafone price plan. After 2 days of trying to sort it out, I spoke to Aaron and he fixed it all for me in five minutes. He was charming and helpful and I have nothing but praise for him. A wonderful young woman called Molly from Onecom has just helped me to understand a maze of texts which I received from Vodafone which I could not understand. She had such patience with me and made my day and sorted it all out for me.

Just received a bill for £732 for the full length of a contract even though onecon admit I never received the phone. They keep promising a call back within 24 hours which never happens. Please avoid these cowboys
