“We brought our Chrysler 300 in for an A/C issue, and we were greeted and listened to in a very professional manner. We received our car back by the next day, and was extremely happy with the results! Thank you OOROO team!”

“Ooroo was able to complete my service on the afternoon I delivered the car, even though originally it was to be kept overnight and done the next day. In addition, since the waiting room was on the cool side (and I was the only one there, so no one else would be affected), Frank and Eddie very nicely indulged me by turning off the overhead fan. Thank you!”

“Work was done as requested so thank you for that. However,we picked up the car 30 minutes after John called to say it was ready. It had been sitting in the sun a couple of hours when I got in it. An earlier call, if possible, would have avoided this. And yes, I understand there are a lot of cars going in and out in the PM and delays are sometimes unavoidable. You really need a more updated service center to match your quality service.”

“The gentlemen at the San Tan Valley location are amazing! They’re always friendly and honest. They don’t tell you everything needs to be done immediately, and instead inform you of the current condition and their recommendations for when to replace things. My truck came home looking and feeling brand new.”

“These mechanics are always on top. I have had my 2002 Dodge truck to several places. Check engine light on and off for 2 years. OOROO's found the issue and fixed if for just the diagnostic price. They have worked on 2007 Subaru that had worn out parts and it is like new again.”

“Andre anrrived early after checking if I would be available for the earlier time. Was friendly and professional. Checked and capped off all fluids that were needed. Advised wiper blades and oil filter.”

“The mobile service guys came out last week to diagnose & fix the problem on our car. (I can't remember names for sure (sorry), but think it was George & Phil.) Both were friendly, competent, easy to deal with. Explained what they were doing and why. Decided it was a totally dead & non-operative battery, so I had to replace it--or just let the car sit!. They also tested the alternator to be sure it was functioning correctly. No complaints--other than about the old battery. They arrived on time & did their work within a reasonable period--although they didn't rush and took time to answer my questions.”
