“I have been servicing my car at OOROO for quite some time with no problem. This repair event went very poorly. They were unable to fix an A/C/Heating problem. It took 3 visits over several weeks to finally resolve the problem. This wasn't an inexpensive repair and I was very frustrated and inconvenienced at the inabiity to resolve the problem. They don't seem to make sure the repair works before they return the car.”

“I don't write a lot of reviews. I only do so when something is either excellent or horrible. Ooroo has a funny name but excellent reputation which was hard won and very deserved. Excellent service on both my Jeep and my BMW. Close to home, done well and quickly. Not really sure what more you can ask of a place.”

“Ooroo has been exceptional with providing timely service. Three very recent visits were free of charge. No other dealerships I know of offer this type of courtesy service. I love Ooroo, and all the folks I know go to this auto dealership. Many thanks to Ooroo, including their exceptional Mobile Service, which just 2 days ago, rescued my Honda that had a dead battery. THANK YOU, Ooroo! To say nothing of your adorable magnet stickers!! 😎”

“Communication is excellent. Pricing is fair. It’s hard to find a shop where everyone has a sense of purpose towards client satisfaction. Super clean and organized. I’m not an easy client but this shop is worth recommending.”

“Excellent Service, Called and let me know how much the repair would be, before doing the work. Completed by end of day. Even offered a ride back to my home. I was very pleased with the service, have allready booked an appointment for my other vehicle. Referred by another satisfied customer.”

“I ask for a full tune up done on my car, I did not get that! Oil change, spark plug and a quick look is not a tune up ! They did a good job but OORO do not do full tune up thry should have told me! I was expecting a full analysis of the angine , tires rotation , brake check, filters change ( oil, gaz, cabine )wipers change if need it. AC check, ETC ETC. I will come back to OORO for basic oil change, For tune up I will go to royal Kia.”

“I had a great experience with OOROO today! My car battery had died to the point where I needed an new battery, but my car was in my parking spot at an apartment complex. I spoke with Frank who immediately set up an appointment for mobile service for me. Andre was there promptly, prepared with a new battery. Andre was clearly adept and knowledgeable (I didn't even know my battery was in the trunk) and my new battery was installed just like that! Frank provided excellent and timely updates. Excellent service - I highly recommend.”

“On a late Friday afternoon, my battery went dead. I called OOROO who suggested I contact Catalina Towing. They arrived about an hour later and jump started my car. It was now around 4:45 PM. I called OOROO and advised them that I was on my way. I arrived at 5:00 PM (near closing time) expecting that I would have to leave my car over the weekend. Fortunately, they had a battery in stock that fit my make and model. 15 minutes later I was driving home with a new battery and an entire electrical check on my car. Way to go OOROO.”
