“This was a wonderful experience. I really didn’t have to do much of anything other than call open door and sign some papers. They made a fair offer and I didn’t have to list or show the house. It was incredible. If you want to sell quick and move on open door is who you need to call!”

“The Team at Opendoor includes Michael Mc Gee, Shad Sikes, Tim Allen and the title Company was there every step of the way. From the precontract to the closing post inspection. Opendoor was professional and timely in all matters relating to the selling of our home. We forgot we were dealing with a company who was buying our home. The entire process was smooth. There were no surprises in selling our home to Opendoor. We had a pleasure selling to Opendoor and would do it all over again.”

“We quickly out grew our old home when we became a blended family of 7. I heard of Open Door on 2 different radio stations, being a woman of faith I took that as sign to call given we were praying over the issue of whether we should sell or not. From the 1st moment of dealing with Open Door to the day we closed was absolutely wonderful. We chose Open Door for the convenience of not having to do open houses or dealing with the repairs needed for our home to sell. Every person we dealt with from the initial walk through to the closing day to the transfer of funds were personable, friendly and answer any-all our questions. This was truly a wonderful experience for us. We would recommend Open Door to anyone wanting to sell their home without having to deal with all the hassle that normally goes with it.”

“Wanted to sell my house the easiest, fastest, and most fairly way possible. Opendoor came through on all three. Extremely hassel free, fast (we changed the closing date once or twice and it was not a problem), they gave me a very good price (and didn’t stick it to me on the repair costs, was actually about $10k less than what I expected for repairs). All in all it was a very satisfying process. When it comes time to sell this new house they will be my first call (hopefully they will be in the midland/odessa market by then).”

“What an easy simple straightforward way to sell. 4 kids and 3 dogs I couldn’t deal with open houses and keeping my house clean at all times. Additionally we didn’t need to be contingent on our next purchase. Opendoor was fast professional, accommodating, and zero stress no hiccups for us along they way. “Opendoor was great to work with and the process was so quick and so simple with very reasonable fees. I was in a rush to sell my home after accepting a new role in a different state and I had less than a month to sell the home and move my family. I initially began by working with my realtor to understand what the process of selling the home was going to be. There was a lot that needed to be done by my family and the realtor. CMAs, pre-listings, listings, open houses. It all sounded daunting and time consuming. We decided the best plan was to list the home at a very aggressive price point to get foot traffic and hope for an offer, quickly. My family didn't want to deal with paying two mortgages and letting the home sit empty! Just as we are were about to list the home and start with an open house I discovered Opendoor. I was curious and didn't think it would hurt to see what sort of offer they could make on my home, site unseen. I requested an offer and within 24 hours was given an incredibly competitive offer, 15% more than what I was planning on listing the home for! I was skeptical at first but I continued down the process with Opendoor. Within one week I had an Opendoor inspection and assessment team at my home. After the inspection was complete I waited for the results - It was a mere 48 hours for the team at Opendoor to share that I had a perfect home with no repairs needed. At this point I was ecstatic and continued forward to sign all the paperwork to sell my home to Opendoor! The rest of the paperwork was so simple, and so easy to fill out. Someone from Opendoor and their escrow/closing team worked with me every step of the way and answered all my questions promptly and professionally. On the day of closing I was able to receive my proceeds within 24 hours. I would absolutely use Opendoor again.”
