“What an easy simple straightforward way to sell. 4 kids and 3 dogs I couldn’t deal with open houses and keeping my house clean at all times. Additionally we didn’t need to be contingent on our next purchase. Opendoor was fast professional, accommodating, and zero stress no hiccups for us along they way. I have already recommended them multiple times in conversations. Will continue to do so. Happy Seller here.”

“Opendoor was great to work with and the process was so quick and so simple with very reasonable fees. I was in a rush to sell my home after accepting a new role in a different state and I had less than a month to sell the home and move my family. I initially began by working with my realtor to understand what the process of selling the home was going to be. There was a lot that needed to be done by my family and the realtor. CMAs, pre-listings, listings, open houses. It all sounded daunting and time consuming. We decided the best plan was to list the home at a very aggressive price point to get foot traffic and hope for an offer, quickly. My family didn't want to deal with paying two mortgages and letting the home sit empty! Just as we are were about to list the home and start with an open house I discovered Opendoor. I was curious and didn't think it would hurt to see what sort of offer they could make on my home, site unseen. I requested an offer and within 24 hours was given an incredibly competitive offer, 15% more than what I was planning on listing the home for! I was skeptical at first but I continued down the process with Opendoor. Within one week I had an Opendoor inspection and assessment team at my home. After the inspection was complete I waited for the results - It was a mere 48 hours for the team at Opendoor to share that I had a perfect home with no repairs needed. At this point I was ecstatic and continued forward to sign all the paperwork to sell my home to Opendoor! The rest of the paperwork was so simple, and so easy to fill out. Someone from Opendoor and their escrow/closing team worked with me every step of the way and answered all my questions promptly and professionally. On the day of closing I was able to receive my proceeds within 24 hours. I would absolutely use Opendoor again.”

“By far the easiest experience that I've had selling a house. The entire process from beginning to end was mostly seem less. They gave clear communication throughout the entire process and were always available via email and phone call. No complaints from me and being able to chose your closing date as well as adjust it if needed was very helpful considering I had renters in the property that I sold. Would highly recommend as it took away a lot of the stress of the traditional process.”

“For almost 20 years I have lived in my home and it had approached that point of needing some work, whether I was selling or not. Both my husband and I have very busy schedules. Neither of us had the time to manage home renovation projects or have a home show ready at any given moment. We did our research and decided to see what Opendoor had to offer. The offer Opendoor came back with was above what I thought I would get and instead of requiring us to do any of the repairs, they agreed to allow us to credit the repair value back to them at closing. The closing agent we worked with, shout out to Irene, was so incredibly helpful and understanding when we had to push out closing a few times due to events beyond our control. The whole process was easy and hassle free. Closing was smooth and they wired the money quicker than I could check my account. I highly recommend them for anyone in a similar position. You may not get the same price offer as if you put your house on the MLS with a local Broker but for us, the peace of mind was...priceless. Thank you Opendoor!”

“It was an excellent and relative trouble free sales experience. Opendoor gave us a reasonable offer, were very reasonable with their requests, and worked with us step by step through the sales process. All in all it was a very positive, almost fun experience which is rare when trying to sell an older home.”

“When I first heard about Opendoor, I was super skeptical - could we really sell for a fair price without the hassle of showing? The answer was, and is, YES! Opendoor gave us a very fair price for our home (Tampa area) and scheduled an inspection very quickly. They were not too picky (our house was fairly new so there were few necessary repairs) and ended up asking for very little off the initial offer for inspection repairs. Here is a necessary notation - Opendoor has to anticipate future buyer's hesitations when negotiating the inspection repair cost. A lot of reviews complain that Opendoor performs the inspection and requests money off of the offer price to repair certain things, yet those repairs are never performed. This is the company being smart and assuming that future buyers will request money off their sale price during THEIR (the future buyers while Opendoor sells) inspection. While the representatives were present performing our inspection on our house in Tampa, they mentioned that there were homes for sale via Opendoor in the Charlotte area (where we were moving). We did some research and ended up falling in love with a home being sold by them as well. They had repainted the entire home and also installed brand new, upgraded carpet throughout the upstairs and basement. We were able to coordinate our move-out/move-in dates and everything could not have gone smoother! This is the future of real estate.”

“At first, we were hesitant to work with Opendoor since they are "too new" to Colorado, but we gave it a try anyway. We can't thanks enough for the professional and stress-free services from the Opendoor. The entire selling process went smoothly. The staffs at Opendoor and at the Jet closing are very friendly, professional, and attentive to our emails/phone calls in the timely manner. We share our experiences with our family members and colleagues. We highly recommend Opendoor to everyone who want to sell their house.”
