“This was by far the easiest and least stressful home sale we have ever experienced. In less than three weeks closed and we selected the timeline that worked with our schedules. “I recently closed an escrow with Opendoor and I received a very fast and efficient service working with them. I have been wanting to buy a new house this year and when I found one I went directly to Opendoor to sell our house quick, I said yes to their offer and within 2 weeks we closed the escrow and have moved to our new house. Their offer is very good and took the hassle from us selling on our own. I would highly recommend them.”

“Opendoor was fantastic! So easy and staff was all super helpful. They made a good offer and the repairs that my house needed were deducted at a fair price. The best part is that as a single woman with 3 large dogs, I didnt have to do anything, no repairs, no showing my house to strangers and making sure my dogs were locked up. Just one assessment and that was that. I was able to move my closing date when my loan for my new house was approved sooner than expected. Title company was great as well. I know there are a lot of negative reviews out there and I had my doubts too. But it all went super smooth, from the day they made the offer to closing within 7 weeks. Thanks to Opendoor I was able to move quick and now have my dream home in Northern Arizona!”

“This was my first time selling a home and quite honestly, I didn't know what to expect since real estate is not an area I'm knowledgeable in so the experience was amazing. The entire process was basically painfree and effortless. The best part was that it took less than a month to complete considering that both Christmas and New Year's fell during that time. Perhaps the best part of the process was that the majority of it occurred on-line which was very convenient for me since I was in another state. I have recommended Opendoor to a friend of mine.”

“Selling to Opendoor was ideal for us with no showings and no negotiations over price etc. Opendoor made us a reasonable offer and repairs required after inspection were reasonable and minimal. I checked out local options for repair cost comparison and found Opendoor positively makes nothing on the repairs it requires. Our new home purchase really showed us the nightmares we missed by selling to Opendoor such as failed inspections, last minute closing delays (OD handled their part with grace), deposits and incompetent seller agent. Our Open door team with Mason Bridges and Liz Ryan as our contacts made us fans of the OD process. They make Opendoor work. They treat the client as they would want to be treated. All calls were returned and all questions answered. Thanks, Mason, Liz, You Made it happen. Best Dee and Lou Strassel”

“Going into this venture with Opendoor, not sure of how it really worked, was to say at the least, a bit unnerving. However, when Opendoor came back to us with a competitive market value for our home, we thought we would give them a shot. And why not? There are no home showings, the sale is not dependent on market conditions, you can close as soon as 30 days. There weren’t any variables to delay or cloud the sale of our home. And boy are we glad we did! Our own personal friend and realtor told us that in our area the market was “soft”. But that didn’t matter with Opendoor. With Opendoor it was flawless. We could have elected to close in as soon as 30 days. But we choose 60 days. It went so smoothly, that honestly, I can’t see anyone selling their home the traditional way. I wholeheartedly recommend Opendoor to anyone wanting to sell their home. It is a no nonsense and clear way to get it done right!!!”

“This was a wonderful experience. I really didn’t have to do much of anything other than call open door and sign some papers. They made a fair offer and I didn’t have to list or show the house. It was incredible. If you want to sell quick and move on open door is who you need to call!”

“The Team at Opendoor includes Michael Mc Gee, Shad Sikes, Tim Allen and the title Company was there every step of the way. From the precontract to the closing post inspection. Opendoor was professional and timely in all matters relating to the selling of our home. We forgot we were dealing with a company who was buying our home. The entire process was smooth. There were no surprises in selling our home to Opendoor. We had a pleasure selling to Opendoor and would do it all over again.”

“We quickly out grew our old home when we became a blended family of 7. I heard of Open Door on 2 different radio stations, being a woman of faith I took that as sign to call given we were praying over the issue of whether we should sell or not. From the 1st moment of dealing with Open Door to the day we closed was absolutely wonderful. We chose Open Door for the convenience of not having to do open houses or dealing with the repairs needed for our home to sell. Every person we dealt with from the initial walk through to the closing day to the transfer of funds were personable, friendly and answer any-all our questions. This was truly a wonderful experience for us. We would recommend Open Door to anyone wanting to sell their home without having to deal with all the hassle that normally goes with it.”

“Wanted to sell my house the easiest, fastest, and most fairly way possible. Opendoor came through on all three. Extremely hassel free, fast (we changed the closing date once or twice and it was not a problem), they gave me a very good price (and didn’t stick it to me on the repair costs, was actually about $10k less than what I expected for repairs). All in all it was a very satisfying process. When it comes time to sell this new house they will be my first call (hopefully they will be in the midland/odessa market by then).”
