“The whole experience was awesome! There was no way I was going to be able to upgrade my home, stage and keep it clean for prospective buyers coming in and out to look at the house hoping they like it. It was all too much.....until I heard an advertisement for OpenDoor.com. They made me a really good offer on my 15 year old home and once I agreed, it was smooth sailing after that. The only stressful part was moving everything out by the 60 day closing date. The whole selling and closing experience was seamless and zero problems. I accomplished what I set out to do, pay off my old home and have 20% to put down on new home. I'm very happy with Open Door and will refer to any of my friends thinking about selling their home.”

“The process with OpenDoor went very smoothly and was very easy. Except for closing, which was at a Starbucks near our new home with a Notary, everything was done from the comfort of the home I was selling. The process of getting original offer, assessment of repairs and final walk through was simple and during times convent for me. The net value of our offer was within expectations based on my prior estimate of the value of my home. Also, when I things went quicker than expect with our new home, OpenDoor even allowed us to pull our closing in two weeks so we would have ownership of an empty house for too many weeks.”

“Our decision to use Open Door was based on the idea of using new methodology rather than the old standard of a real estate listing. Open Door responded quickly to our inquiry, the staff pleasant and thoroughly answered our questions- after all this was new. The inspector’s process was not too intrusuve or lengthy. When it came to the closing paperwork a Notorary Public was sent to our home. My husband said it was the most painless closing we have ever had. Final date was a quick walk through and keys, 5 minutes.”

“I know the process is easy with opendoor this is my 3rd investment home I have sold to opendoor and the process is painless. I have try a nother company this 3rd time, before I picked opendoor. Just see what they would offer, I picked opendoor because they beat the competitors offer. Just give them a try you are under no obligation to take their offer.”

“I would highly recommend selling your home to Open Door. The entire process went so smoothly and fast that i just thought it was too good to be true. Their fee was less than what you would pay if I went to a Realtor, I didn't have to show my house, they made me a good offer and the repairs needed, Open Door handled at an extremely low cost. They gave me option to do the repairs or they would handle after I moved out. So I let them handle.. just another thing for me to not worry about. I read articles and watched on You Tube reviews and the only, what i would say "negative reviews" all came from Realtors. I understand why...because they are far better, less hassel, less cost (but the fee might be different according to your location) , no repairs i had to worry doing, no showings. It was so seamless! I accepted their offer, picked the date i wanted to close on and had my proceeds in my account the very next day. No...I do not work for Open Door or know anyone that does. I am just giving my honest feedback from my experience. Realtors should be nervous. ...this is the way to go.if you ask me. I have already shared ny experience with friends and family who were amazed on how fast the process went Thanks to Open Door for making my 1st experience in selling a home so surprisingly wonderful.”

“I would have to write too many names of all the people who were absolutely wonderful to me from Opendoor. They are the real thing!! They did everything that they promised to do, and I didn’t have to be bothered with buyers coming to my home. “I was offered a job out of state and I wanted to sell without the hassle of showing my home. Opendoor.com offered me an alternative way to sell my home. Even though I settled for less than my asking price, for the quick convenient process, it was worth it. From the time I accepted the offer to the time to schedule my closing, it was 2.5 weeks. I settled to close 4 weeks after accepting their offer. Next time I sell a home I will definitely be using Opendoor.com!! Would HIGHLY recommend them.”

“My wife and I had to sell our first house. Originally, we were going to go through a realtor, because we thought it would net us a lot more money than going the "easy" route. Turns out, Opendoor offered us nearly as much money as we would have gotten from putting it on the market, but without the endless hassle of having to perfectly model your house for other people to come look at while you're still living there, cleaning and fixing every little thing, haggling with different buyers, and hoping it sells quickly. We knew precisely how much money we would be getting from the very beginning, and we got to choose the exact day we would close on our house. The chosen closing date was extremely helpful because we didn't have enough money saved up to pay for two mortgages/rents at once while we moved into one place and waited for the house to sell. We were able to rent a new place the day before we closed so there was no double payment even for a single month. It still surprises me to say that selling our house was the easiest, quickest, most efficient process we've ever been through - thanks to the wonderful people at Opendoor.”
