“I had never sold a home via an online company but the experience with Opendoor was fantastic! The experience partner I had was very attentive and I set my closing date for a Friday. I did my part of the closing the day before with an online notary, and when Friday afternoon rolled around, I knew the closing had happened on Opendoor's part because the monies owed to me were in my bank account! Other than moving all my stuff, it was the best "selling" experience, I have ever had!”

Opendoor offered a fair price for our home and made the process of selling our house very easy! They set up everything in an efficient, convenient way. “Well, an absolute highly professional experience. The entire team from beginning to end were helpful, knowledgeable, and detailed. Rachel was quite the classy Lady yhay guided is in the beginning with grace. Later we encountered LeAnn to manage through closing. LeAnn was matter of fact and genuine in her interactions with us. “Selling to Opendoor due to a cross-country move was a relatively simple process and Opendoor was very accommodative to a change in closing due to a renovation delay. Our sale/move was unfortunately complicated due to medical issues and a traditional take-your-time selling process was not an option. Opendoor was our only viable option and they were understanding of our situation which reduced mental stress. It was a blessing to have Opendoor.”
