“We had a wonderful experience with Margot and the Opendoor team. We were able to negotiate without a realtor and both sell our home to Opendoor and then buy one of their properties. I recommend this company as they accommodated all of our needs with very little hassle.”

“It’s a good option if you need to sell quickly. Our initial offer from Opendoor was quite generous, but in the end, after their ‘corrections’ we walked away with a paid-off mortgage and $260. Thos was after complaining that it wasn’t our fault that Opendoor’s market research was lacking. In the end this was fine for us since I needed to free up the VA loan to buy a new house, but if you’re looking to make a profit, go with the classic realtor process.”

“Selling my home was so easy and quick with no hassles with Outdoor. I was explained in detail for each and every step of the process and never imagined that my home will be sold without any makeup or impressing any one for showing. Most of all, got a great deal. “Excellent customer service!!! I had to sell my home in a month or so, being able to decide on the closing date and the flexibilty as to what accomodates my schedule was really helpful. Plus the attentive staff adressed and answered all my questions timely and efficiently. Very much thankful for the smooth process of selling my home.”

“I chose Open Door because of the growing reputation in my area. I also had no time to constantly clean, stage, and be available for showings. I contacted Open Door and within three days had an offer and a "to-do" list showing next steps. I chose the assessment date, final walk through and closing date. I will call them again, next time I move. I appreciated the professionalism with everyone I spoke with and worked with.”

“We moved to Florida a few years ago, but kept our home in Charlotte, NC. We saw the online ads for Opendoor and on a whim completed the questionnaire to request an offer. Opendoor was very responsive, getting back to us in less than a day with a fair offer. We decided not to sell at that time however. Fast forward to a few months later and we were ready to sell our home. We contacted Opendoor once more, and received an offer that was slightly higher than initially quoted, and the service charge % was slightly lower. We had read several reviews, seen the comments on social media, and held our breath after signing the contract. The home condition assessment was scheduled on the day/time of our choosing and the results were sent to us just a few days afterwards. We were pleasantly surprised. There was nothing out of the ordinary, no unreasonable requests for repair, and we were given the option having the repairs completed ourselves, or taking a deduction from the offer price and Opendoor handling. We elected to allow Opendoor to handle the few repairs. We were able to set our closing date on a date that met our needs, and since we were out of state we were able to handle closing via mail-away/notary. The process could not have been easier. On the actual closing day, we received the final close documents and the money was wired to our account by mid-afternoon. We highly recommend Opendoor for consideration when selling your home. We will definitely use them again should we decide to sell another property. Tony and Linda Raby”
