“Great concept for a company. Cuts out all the BS with selling your house. Gave us an okay price but it was worth not having to deal with a bunch of salesman. Which I can’t stand. It was so easy I was able to deal with my daughter having open heart surgery and moving during the process. Also, they do what they say they are going to do which was huge for me.”

“Everything you hear on the radio ad is 100% true! My house sat vacant for 11 months while I worried and tried to figure out how I was going to get my house ready to sell. I went online, answered questions, uploaded photos, and had an offer in a few hours. I signed the contract, left a key and 3 weeks later had funds deposited in my account. They basically took care of everything. Everyone I dealt with was fabulous. Open door is amazing! Kudos,to Opendoor for making selling a home a stress free!”

“We had a wonderful experience with Open Door. Our contact, Grace, was always kind and very knowledgeable about the Open Door process. She got back to us in a timely manner and went above and beyond to help us as we had to make changes. Our out of state move was uncertain and took a while. Grace went above and beyond to help make our house selling process a breeze! Open Door is perfect for someone who is busy and has a constantly changing schedule/plan. The technology Open Door offers make this process even easier! This was the best way for us to sell our home and we do not have any regrets!”

“It was a please to work with the people at Opendoor. Everyone from my contact at the company to the various people that came to inspect the house made the process very easy and extremely stressless. Opendoor was very flexible in allowing me to change the closing date a couple of different times and there were no surprises. The closing itself was very easy and quick. I liked the fact that I know what I was going to be receiving and that I didn't have to jump through all the usual hoops with having the home listed with a real estate agent (i.e open houses, last minute or drop-in showing, etc.). I tried to sell the home myself and it was nice to know that I had a guaranteed offer sitting there that I could fall back on if I wasn't able to sell it myself. I would recommend Opendoor to anyone who is looking to sell their home. Thank you again, Opendoor team, for all of your help, support, understanding, and patience. It was a pleasure doing business with you.”

“Overall, working with Opendoor was a great experience! I found the company to be very reasonable both in the offer for the house and in the post-inspection report. The entire process through and including closing was very simple and streamlined. For someone like me who did not want to have to keep a house in condition to be shown to prospective buyers the net reduction in proceeds was a transaction cost well worth making! Opendoor would also be extremely useful to anyone who needed to sell and move fairly quickly. I would definitely use Opendoor again and would likewise recommend it to anyone.”

“Opendoor made the selling process so easy and hassle free. We would recommend them to anyone planning on selling. We did not have to worry about showing our home and the whole process was simple. I answered a few questions online and received an offer within 1 day and it was more than we expected. The home inspection was easy and we did the few small repairs needed ourselves and the large roof replacement we left to Opendoor who charged us less than a contractor would have. Our only problem was not with Opendoor but with the title company they chose. I would not use North American Title again. Due to their negligence our closing was delayed on two different occasions. When closing finally happened it was painless and quick.”

“The process is simple and straight forward. The organization is professional, however, is relatively new to the Charlotte, NC region. There is communication weakness. To compensate for this problem, management gets involved to offer another voice to call on if problems arise. I think this communication problem is based on "newness" to the process in this market. I believe they work hard and (in time) will address this component. I was pleased with the ease of the process as well as its simplicity. The offer price was reasonable taking into account the challenges associated with selling a home. If you want top dollar, DON'T use this company. They are in business to offer a professional service and CONVENIENCE which reduces the bottom line. This is essential for them to turn around and sell the home for a reasonable profit. If you want to avoid the staging, inconvenience of multiple house showings, bargaining, renegotiation after home inspections and uncertainty when your home will sell, this company offers an honest alternative.”

“Our experience with Opendoor was very positive. The process is straightforward, and completing documents online is great. But the biggest thing for us was avoiding the hassle of showing the house to prospective buyers. We have two large dogs, so showing the house would have been a difficult challenge.”

“Wow. I am just stunned. We were looking to sell a rental home. I heard an ad and reached out fully expecting this to be a super low-ball offer. I was shocked to receive an offer a bit higher than I was planning to list the house for. So, then, I kept expecting something to go wrong, but the process was simple and the folks I worked with (I'm looking at you Alex and Irene) were simply fantastic. So much so, that we sold our current residence to them as well. That sale went just as smoothly and we are now in our dream home. No exaggeration here, my family owes Opendoor much thanks as I really don't see how we'd be where we are now without them. Thank you!!!!!”

“After failing to sell our house the conventional way, OpenDoor made reasonable offer for us to consider and accept. OpenDoor was very easy to work with, they were also very accommodating, understanding, and flexible. OpenDoor was very helpful in answering all of our questions and guiding us through the process. We did not have to wait for anything with OpenDoor. When they said they would be some place or when the money for the house would be in our account, it was there. OpenDoor was a blessing to my wife and I with a quick, easy, stress-free sale of our home.”

“I needed to sell my house in California quickly, in order to show proof of funds for a home I wanted out of state. Open Door was the perfect option. They gave me a very competitive bid on the house in California and within 30 days we closed, seamlessly and painlessly. I would recommend Open Door for anyone wanting to sell their house without the hassle on the unknown months of keeping the home pristine clean for the one client who might come by, the months of not knowing if your house is going to sell, the fees associated with the sale and so on, ad nauseum. This worked for me, and I recommend it for those of you on retirement who want to relocate who do not have a few hundred grand tucked away for the proof of funds.”

“Our son recently sold his house through Open Door and opened our eyes to a new way of selling a house. We are overwhelmed with the ease of the entire process. Everyone from Open Door were professional in doing their job and completed the entire process in a few short weeks. There was no sign in front of our house, no one walking through our home opening doors and coming through at all hours (maybe for months). The price was fair, the staff were all professional and the time frame allowed us to take advantage of moving to our next house with ease. Several of our neighbors are interested in doing the same thing. Thank you Open Door for taking the stress out of selling a house.”
