“By far the easiest, most friendly experience you can have selling a home. I kept wondering ok where is the catch or the gotcha and there never was one. Very easy, simple process and Open Door (Mark Samuelsen) walked us through every step, answered every question and made it an extremely smooth process.”

“Great experience. I do not recall if I reached out first or if Open Door got a lead that I was wanting to sell and move. Whichever is irrelevant now. I was very skeptical at first because their offer was so much more than any other one I received. There are a lot of scammers out there. I was almost calling the Open Door representative a liar at one point. He was very patient with me and assured me that Open Door was legit and on the up and up with me. The process was so simple and they worked with me on my time line giving me the ability to Make an offer and complete it on my new home. I highly recommend Open Door as the way to go if you are looking to make a change.”

“WOW -- what a smooth new way to SELL your home .. and NOT have the stress of having buyers back out .. our experience with Opendoor has been one we never imagined ... everything was so easy .. right from the initial offer to the video walkthrough and inspection to final offer -- all in less than a week .. and to top it off .. closing in 2 weeks .. Special mention to Lori Nelson our Opendoor experience partner and Kelsey who works in the customer care answering and clarifying anything we asked .. would sell to Opendoor again in a heartbeat if we could do it all over again ..”

“Not personable; Communication is not good. And when you do have communication, there's too many people involved, some calling sporadically, so you're not sure who is who sometimes, what they're role is, etc. Fine for selling, (clear communication is still needed), not good for buying.”

“This was a life changing experience and I would have never moved without open door. I am very covid cautious I have many health risks in my family. I wanted to move for months because I wanted a bigger open space to avoid covid as much as possible. I needed somewhere I could get my kids out more without as many neighbors and traffic. I loved the home I had but just needed somewhere out of the city. I did not want to show the house or go 2 open houses. I had heard about Opendoor and seen some flyers so I did some investigating. You guys said you could give me a bid on the house virtually and help me look for a house virtually I said to myself if this is real I am in!!! So I did the little questionaire on-line and bammm the process started. I couldn't believe it . It was so easy and nobody in my house. Then I started the buy process also. The realtor team they linked me to was amazing. I googled them and made sure they were legit. I was very sceptical because it is just tooo good to be true. But it was all true. The house I found was like sent from God. When I started to look at bidding wars and houses selling in 1 day or less, I was just lost. I had been approved for an FHA loan with a big down payment, but these houses were getting CASH bids over asking price. So Opendoor told me they could back my bid as a cash bid and help me get a house. Once again unbelievable, but it happened! I found this house on the other aide of town near the mountains. There was only 2 pictures available of front. The description looked good and the area was very nice, no neighbors in back. So I talked to Opendoor agent and they said they could do a virtual look for me and someone would go to the house for me and give me a video tour. I was so amazed. The house was beautiful and the agent looking for us was amazing with her tour and her detailed eye. There were many houses that we were looking at and trying to make sure we found something that would not turn into a war and not cast me big at appraisal time. The realtor told me what a good bid would be which was only like 1500 over listing price and Ibthought that would not be enough because people were bidding on house like 15-20k over. He told me that Opendoor is coming in like a cash offer and that would make a difference and he didn't want me to overpay, he had explained the ordeal of if the house appraised for less and how that would cost me. We worked out the bid that day and he submitted it. And he was right we got the house for the bid. Now I am still in process of the buy back from Opendoor, but just getting the house at the bid was heaven sent. My loan is only for 300000 with my cash on top from the sell of my house. Opendoor bid the house at 400000 even and that was exactly the most I could spend. Plus the new house was sold by Zillow so it had been vacant for months already, that is the true miracle for me I was terrified to move in right after someone moved out and all the cleaning I would have to do and sanitization. Not a problem, I could go in with ko mask and clean, but it was very clean already so I just had to sanitize. It was amazing. Then I started the move. I set my closing date on my house to sell for 3weeks out so I could move. It was horrendous, it was only my husband and I moving us because of covid concerns and we have 2 small children. So needless to say it was very hard on us. We had to do most work in evenings after my husband got off work. It is summer in Arizona and blazing so we had to do alot in the night so tje two little ones didn't get heat exhaustion. It took all 3 weeks and more. I still was getting the last bits and trying to clear all the junked garbage and just overwhelmed. Opendoor once again came in and saved me. They said oh you need more time? Well we will close on your house on the agreed date and then give a week at charge to finish the move. What??? AMAZING! At the end of the week I still couldnt clear all the junk and old stuff that I couldnt take to the new house. Opendoor saved the day again and said they would clear the house of the clutter and trash for a disposal fee. Yes!!!! I am exhausted my husband is falling asleep at work, i need to cook real food for my kids, YES I will pay Opendoor a fee to help me be done!!!! Just really the most beautiful thing I have ever experienced. Never pushy always available through texting and phone. Opendoor is just the perfect system for realty. I live in Tucson which is were the founder originated his idea, he went to UofA just like me and his dream is a masterpiece. The system he created is truely caring. It simplifies the process and makes it understandable. He evens out the playing field. I was very scared and sceptical during entire process, but they proved themselves valid everytime. Even my lender was impressed and shocked at the system they have. THANK GOD FOR OPENDOOR!!!”

“Excellent and crazy great experience. I thank you guys for being so great. I have had so many experiences in life where companies have screwed me over I was skeptical about all of this until closing day. By far the easiest process I have ever had. I am now renting the house afterward for ten days or so and you guys let me stay here free for 7 of the days! Airbnb was way more expensive too so as I have waited for my new house- you guys have continued to be awesome. Shout out to Jared N. for reassuring me repeatedly when I was skeptical. I have already told a bunch of people about you guys and will forever do so. Keep on keeping on guys.”

“1. Had an experienced and very successful realtor tell me I would never get the amount I wanted for my house even if I staged it etc…2. Jarred N. was knowledgeable and honest to me about the whole process. 3. You guys made this experience so easy that I was suspicious the entire time since you always hear- If it’s too good to be true then it is usually not true. This has been the only time I can think of where that saying was wrong. I cannot begin to say how grateful I am guys. Seriously- my dog thanks you too. She would have had to be put up al the time etc.. Anyway- THANKS so very much for the easy and excellent experience!”
