“I had to move within 45 days and was stressed out because I didn’t have time to put my home on the market prior to leaving. When I heard of open door I was a little skeptical at first but this was the most stress free sell I could’ve asked for. They were very responsive and walked me through the whole process. I have a great experience and I highly recommend! My experience with the recommended title company they provide wasn’t the same and I would not recommend the title company.”

“Opendoor was excellent to work with. They answered all of our questions and allowed us to move at our own pace. Not only did we not have to show our house, Opendoor offered more than our traditional Realtor thought we could get for it. The process was smooth and worry free. Though very different from traditional routes, we highly recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their home! Especially if you don’t want to haggle or do multiple showings.”

“I highly recommend Opendoor to anyone who is looking to sell their home ‘as-is’ and without the traditional hassle, time, and expense of listing with a realtor. My experience was a flawless and seamless execution of their entire outstanding system – from the moment I requested a preliminary offer on the website, then received a transparent and fair final offer (after a virtual indoor walkthrough and no-contact external inspection), to the error-free settlement and on-schedule closing! The Opendoor process was easy to understand and navigate via their online dashboard – along with timely communications from their always engaged, courteous and professional staff! In addition, their option for a Late Checkout – being able to remain in my home while moving/transitioning even after the closing and receipt of funds – was a godsend! The bottom line is that Opendoor did just what they advertised and more, and for that I wanted to express my sincere thanks!”

“Austin Mays was the representative that assisted us through the whole process professionally and exemplary. When I had any questions he was able to answer them all. He was very patient even towards the end when we weren’t able to be out of the house on the set date. We were stressed out because of this, but offered us 2 free days to stay before the final move that we had to reschedule.”

“The service was outstanding! It was time for me to downsize to something more manageable and I did not want to have to do any repairs, painting or the inconvenience of having to prepare the house for showings. Opendoor was the right answer for me from start to finish it was a process I would not have ever believed, but after going through selling my house to Opendoor, I would recommend them everyone.”
