“Austin Mays was the representative that assisted us through the whole process professionally and exemplary. When I had any questions he was able to answer them all. He was very patient even towards the end when we weren’t able to be out of the house on the set date. We were stressed out because of this, but offered us 2 free days to stay before the final move that we had to reschedule.”

“The service was outstanding! It was time for me to downsize to something more manageable and I did not want to have to do any repairs, painting or the inconvenience of having to prepare the house for showings. Opendoor was the right answer for me from start to finish it was a process I would not have ever believed, but after going through selling my house to Opendoor, I would recommend them everyone.”

“The entire process of selling my home to Opendoor was extremely simple, straightforward and fair. I was skeptical at first. This isn’t the typical way you would sell your home. “I found open door based on the freinds recommendation. He use them in another state and was bragging to me about how easy it was to work with them. So I reached out and give a call. Open door came in and gave an honest assessment on the property. They did a speedy review after generating a walk-through video with me. Came back with what I thought was an acceptable offer. I was clear to close sold and bought out in a month from initial contact. I even made a few mistakes in the process. Open door handle them in stride and still achieved my closing date and my move out date. Genuinely I thought it was all too good to be true until I saw the procedure my account. Honestly the shits bananas but it’s true. I recommend it to anybody.”

“just getting started in the sale process. So far Grant has been awesome. I am hoping the rest of the process goes smooth. I have to leaveand be travelling a few days before closing so I hope the title company will work with me on this so there are no delays in closing. If this all goes as smooth as Grant has indicated I will be very impressed! Some friends have indicated bad experiences late in the process and caution me , I hope they are wrong.”

“Nothing less than Outstanding!! with few days left to close on a new construction home, my wife and I made the sudden decision to sell vs our initial plan to rent out the old property. After being a bit hesitant we knew decided to give opendoor a try. Made the application online and in a matter of few hours I was already contacted, scheduled for a video visit, and an external. Within 48 hours I received an offer; which not only was a very competitive offer.”
