“As the world modernizes, the general public is always skeptical to change. Opendoor seemed "too good to be true" and I thought, there has to be a catch - but after my experience I can confidently say those comments are unfounded. Our specialist Garett made sure selling through Opendoor was as easy as-advertised, a silky smooth transaction, and the easiest decision to make. This is exactly what the future of real estate should be in the modern world.”

“I was hesitant to use Opendoor and always told myself when I saw their ads that I am sure they gouge you and take a ton of money from the sale. I was so very wrong and I am so happy I gave them a shot. It made the selling process so smooth I would recommend to anyone.”

“My experience with Opendoor has been nothing less than spectacular. So professional, so to the point, and any questions or concerns were handled ASAP. The best part about this experience which was the icing on top is that it ended with me getting the house that I wanted over all and at a price that was lower than what the house was appraised for. I love it!”

“Selling my home to Opendoor was easy and completely stress-free. They made a good offer that was much higher than another cash-purchase company had offered us and was just a bit under what a realtor thought the house would bring on the traditional market. Once you factor in the lower costs of selling to Opendoor, it was pretty much break-even with what we would have received with a traditional sale. And it was so fast and easy! Dan was our point of contact from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and was very responsive whenever we had questions. There were no surprises and they delivered on everything they promised.”

“They have a very clear message on their home page " get a free offer". They collected my information and then refused to make an offer or even a valuation based on information provided. I am sure there are people out there who enjoy their services but I spent the time to provide valuable information to this site and should be able to get the valuation promised but it was declined. I dont think I will use their services.”

“Our experience with Opendoor was fantastic! The entire process was extremely smooth and everyone we worked with was accommodating and professional. We closed during the holidays and Opendoor ensured a closing date that worked well for our family, no questions asked. We received an offer on our home that was much higher than expected and the checkout process was seamless. Moving is stressful, but selling our home was SO easy! I would use Opendoor again and again!”

“Wow! This is a game changer. In the past I've been let down by buyers that mess you around. I was a little concerned initially that the price offered would be too far off what I needed but it was totally fair and gave me the cash to go and negotiate a better deal on my buy property. Amazing. This is the future of home buying and it's been needed for about 15 years!”

“If you want to deal with a buyer that actually does what they say they will do, experience great customer service, and not have to deal with people who change their minds, back out at the last minute, or fall through in the finance department, then Opendoor is definitely the place to go. Katie was fantastic to deal with, I got a great price, and yes that includes after the fees that are charged, I actually walked away with more than i would have if i had sold it to the other two buyers who dropped the ball, which led me back to Opendoor after months of dealing with realtors and unqualified buyers. My highest recommendation, as i closed in three weeks from start to finish without the worry, Amazing experience and All Positive!!!”

“They won't buy a home with leased solar panels according to Austin. However, I am purchasing a home from them that has leased solar from Tesla. Why they would not buy my home makes no sense because I have leased solar panels from Tesla.”

“I was absolutely stunned. We decided to sell, I went to opendoors website. Typed in my address. Answered a few questions, then received an offer. The actual amount I anticipated from a traditional transaction with a realtor. The difference is they only charge 5% as opposed to 6.5% from most realtors. I then received a phone call within 15-30 minutes from a friendly and helpful agent. She viewed the inside of the home via a video conference app. Then scheduled an exterior inspection for the next morning, we didn't even need to be present for. They solidified the offer. And the title company was absolutely amazing and efficient. They sent a couple documents I just clicked a few times to sign. Then, on closing day received the funds took pictures of the empty house and left. It was so easy and paid so fairly this is without a doubt changing the real estate industry. I recommend anyone to do this. To put it in perspective, my neighbor put his house on the market with a traditional real estate agent a month prior to me contacting opendoor. It was in pending contract after 3 days listed... We chose to close 5 weeks later. My neighbors house was still pending when we moved out.”
