“Easy process to sell property. Customer service was excellent. Any problem that occurred was rectified right away. Alot of the stress that comes with buying and selling was less because of my Opendoor Team.”

“The worst company I’ve had the great unfortunate displeasure of working with. They have zero interest in following legal contracts, time is not of the essence, & they make their own rules in a highly regulated industry. You are much better burning your house down before even considering contacting or doing business with this slimy disgusting ‘company’”

“Such an easy process. Was very sceptical at first but with the option to back out without penalty had to try it. Price was more than 2 realtors I talked with. I had to change the closing date once which was no problem. Was able to stay a couple days after closing without a fee. No showings. No 6 month realtor contract. Everything done online except 1 visit from a notary to sign the deed. Highly recommend everyone try them in the selling process.”

“Sold my previous home to OpenDoor. Multiple companies made offers and OpenDoor's offer was significantly higher than others. The closing process was super easy and smooth. I barely needed to do anything but sign documents and upload some photos. The sale closed in 30 days.”

“Open door was the best option for the wife and I. Working with Symone from Open Door made the entire experience quick and easy. Weather you are looking to upgrade to a larger home. Downsize to a smaller home, or just get the maximum amount of equity out of your home and out from under a mortgage. Open Door is the way to go. Don't be house poor. Sell to Open Door !”

“Great offer on our existing house with absolutely no hassle sell. Great find on our new house with excellent price negotiation and Opendoor provided cash offer. Again no hassle. Outstanding below-market loan through Opendoor Loans with incentives because we were an Opendoor customer. A free, relaxed move-out period that made the entire transition easy. Honestly, what's not to like!”

“I was referred to opendoor by my daughter because she sold her house through them, The process was easy and there was little to no stress. if I had questions they were quickly answered, They allowed us to pick our closing date and I was only contacted when a document was requested or needed signing. The staff was friendly as well as professional. I would work with you again without hesitation.”

“Emily Alexander from open doors help me with this transaction she is exceptional as well as very proffessional, I believe she is nothing more but the best asset to the company (Open Doors). Although the closing Law firm receptionist was outstanding as well only the closing Attorney was incompetent about a question we ask regarding the total taxes we owe to the Feds and the State of GA.”

“I'm still in the process of selling a home to Opendoor and now having to buy back a home from Opendoor which we wanted to buy without having to have them step in. This is not a stress free process for me at all! The communication between departments is almost non existent! I feel like I've had to initiate every communication between these teams when their website states they'll be the ones walking me through everything. We lost out on the 1% cash back incentive because our agent said she wasn't aware we were also selling a home when that was one of the first things I mentioned in a text for that matter. I also was making an offer on a home and uploaded a home sale document which she removed when she sent the offer. She had to have known! This caused our closing dates to not line up and as a result we aren't eligible for the 1% cash back since Opendoor had to step in to buy the home. OSN title mispelled my spouses middle name on our closing docs so they have to re-redo them. We applied for a loan using Opendoor Home Loans and I was told we're on track to close on June 3rd. I'm really hoping this is true because our rate lock expires after that date and I'm losing trust in them. Our experience partner didn't even know that we were told the closing date was likely June 3rd. He had to internally change our close date twice after I asked what was up with our closing docs saying May 25th still (the original close date for the home we are selling) after he said he'd take care of it. Would he have if I didn't remind him in time? Our loan officer is out of the office until Wednesday and I haven't had an update from our loan processor since last week when I had to initiate that conversation. Where is the communication? Where is the oversight? All can be forgiven if they can actually close us on the 3rd of June. I'm just really stressed out and frustrated with my Opendoor team. I am walking through this process seemingly alone when I was told they'd make sure to take care of these things. I generously gave 3 stars because I have a tiny bit of hope we'll be out of here and into our new place on June 3rd.”

“My experience with Opendoor, as a seller, was the best real estate experience of my life. When they say they can give you a hassle-free experience, Opendoor did exactly that for me. From start to finish, just 21 days! No dealings with prospective buyers, and issues they may bring. I just followed the process via the Opendoor website, supplying info and photos, as requested. The Opendoor people I talked to were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. In return for agreeing to a fee in lieu of possible repairs, deducted from the proceeds, I got peace of mind. I felt the fee to be a reasonable price to pay for eliminating the uncertainties and endless stresses that can come from selling. I am very impressed with the company and would consider doing business with them again. I understand they don't consider buying just any house but getting an offer from them (or rejection) was very easy to do via www.opendoor.com, their website. And I am happy over Opendoor having accepted my property!”
