“Best experience from start to finish. Very professional people at every level, the title company and closing was incredible. It is worth the fees and the app makes everything easy. I recommend to anyone! Late checkout option was a life saver. Got my security deposit back as promised.”

“We were moving and wanted to use our equity as the down in our new home. OpenDoor removed all of the uncertainty from that, allowing us to lose prior to the purchase of our new home. They removed the necessity for the minor improvements needed to sell, and allowed us to dictate our schedule. We even saved money on the move by moving ourselves over a few weeks. Excellent.”

“If I'm being perfectly honest, and I am, I was shocked and amazed with the entire opendoor process! I mostly contacted opendoor out of curiosity. Had no real intention in selling. Their offer was far above what I was expecting, especially since the offer was as is. All we had to do was empty the place and sweep it out. Opendoor made it simple and frankly a pleasure. The money was there on closing day and we are building our house in the country!! Thanks Openoor!!!”

“Extremely manipulative business practices. Unprofessional, no explanation or itemization at all of so called "costs of repairs. Simply a ridiculous number, with zero explanation of how this amount was reached or what items, repairs were supposedly included. Will never do business with this company again. Waste of taking a day off of my job. Disappointing.”

“I started preparing my home for sale, and was spending too much money for poor quality work, bit by bit. My daughter in-law explained how Opendoor will buy your home as it is! I called set up a viewing appointment and everything was so easy and great. The total process was very easy and I received a good price with our doing all the work. I highly recommend Opendoor.”

“Worked with agent Landon who was helpful at first, though I tried to get back ahold of him and he didn’t respond again till the day the offer to sell my house expired. Didn’t respond again until the next day after the offer expired and wouldn’t extend the offer. Instead they sent me a new offer that was way below the original offer. Very frustrating situation.”

“Two houses in my neighborhood went up for sale and a friend looking for a house close to me asked me to go tour them. I couldn't. Even though both houses had QR codes to "self tour", you can only do so if you are financed or working with an agent. 💩 and stupid. Now my friend will not work with Opendoor.”

“I was helping my parents sell their house and OPENDOOR process was easy to follow they set up times that work for you. They work with you on the closing dates. And they come to you for closing all of this made it real easy for my parents and they got the money in just a day or two after closing. We are very happy with the process and OPENDOOR”
