“I had a very positive experience with Opendoor! They walk you through the process and if you have questions the staff is very helpful. Bria was so nice! Opendoor also has a great feature: I was so grateful to be able to stay in my home for a while, since my new house wasn’t ready. Opendoor made that possible. I would definitely recommend Opendoor to anyone who wants a happy home-selling experience.”

“Opendoor is a wonderful company! The whole process was very straightforward; just follow the directions per emails and texts. And if you have a question, just call a representative and they’re very helpful. Bria was so nice. Also in my case, it was extremely important that I was able to live in my house while under contract, because my future home was not ready to move into yet. That’s a great feature of Opendoor’s! Lastly, I was very pleased with the price Opendoor offered. I would recommend Opendoor to anyone wishing to sell their home. It was a very positive experience!”

“Opendoor provided a fair price for my condo and made the whole process of selling my home so much easier than the traditional route. Furthermore, they kept their word on all aspects of the transaction. There were no surprises or changes to the terms of the original agreement. They made it so easy. I closed in 14 days and proceeds were transmitted very shortly after the close. In particular, I want to commend the tremendous support and guidance I received from Nathaniel Kitchen! He was very responsive, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. His conduct and support was one of the main reasons I was willing to try this approach to the selling of my house. I highly recommend Opendoor for sellers who are interested in getting a fair price and significantly reducing the complexity of the selling process.”

“From the first initial contact with Stacey, all the way through closing and funding, this was the easiest process we have ever done. The best thing was we didn’t have to do any repairs to the house. ie-fill holes, paint, etc. There were no surprises or unexpected changes to our closing. Our funds were deposited when expected. Once again the smoothest transaction we have ever done. We would highly recommend them to our family and friends. They gave us the fairest and best price for our house. We know this, because we contacted other companies and they were a joke. So if you want the best, go with Opendoor, they will take care of you. We received daily if not weekly updates by email, phone calls, and texts. Thank you Opendoor for making our life easier!!! 🙌🏻 God Bless!!!✝️”

“We recently sold our home with Opendoor and I couldn't be happier we made that decision. Buying and selling a home is extremely stressful. By purchasing my home, Opendoor took a lot of that stress. I did not have to do showings or inspections. We had an opendoor representative help us every step of the way so we knew exactly what to expect. We also got to choose our closing date so we aligned it with closing on the new house. Everything worked out perfectly!”

“Had a great experience! Very fast and easy. Only complaint is I was left kind of in limbo towards the end. Had to reach out to make sure things were still moving along. Other than that, I will most likely use opendoor again!”

“Selling to Open door was very easy. All that I had to do was to take pictures of my home and upload a few documents, for them to give me an offer. They set a date to close and they sent a person to me to sign papers and I received my money electronically. It was easier than you would think. They were very nice and professional.”

“I liked the price I got for my house. I also liked the service that was provided. I liked how the people at Opendoor worked with me in getting my new home. “I may use an agent again to sell my home. I’m pretty sceptical about going outside my box. I always expect the worst and in my defense, it’s usually what I get. Not this experience! From beginning to end it wasn’t just easy peasy but smooth sailing. One word-WOW!”
