“Opendoor makes selling your home a breeze. If you have kids and pets, this is especially the way to go! No worry or care about keeping an immaculate house or having to whisk everyone away last minute for showings. I picked my move out date, and was able to prepare on my timeline, with a competitive offer in hand. Thank you Opendoor.”

“Amazing process very smooth and convenient. Alex worked with our schedule and was very accommodating and helpful. We were going back and forth with our new build and choosing open door worked best for my family because we had flexible dates to move out.”

“Our experience with Opendoor went very well, the process is very easy and we feel we got a fair price for our house. We ended up having two Experience Partners due to the length of our contract, they were both very helpful. One thing though, if you are interested in the Late Checkout option, you need to get an addendum to your contract early on, we were not made aware of this and by the time we were ready to set a closing date, the terms of Late Checkout changed greatly, not for the better. We were building a new home and having up to nine months to close was a real selling point to us! We definitely recommend Opendoor.”

“We used Opendoor or to sell a townhouse in Dana Point, CA. We dealt primarily with the the escrow company, Raincross. It was a great process. We received a fair amount for our property and we had the flexibility of setting the close and move out dates. We highly recommend Opendoor.”

“Our Opendoor experience was great! From the beginning to the end Lexx Longoria was available and explained the process to us. There were no surprises, just doing our part and packing up. A few times issues came up (no fault of Opendoor) because of the title company, but Lexx stepped in and took care of all of it quickly. I cannot say enough about Opendoor and Lexx Longoria's customer service. You can sell with Opendoor with confidence.”
