“I was ready to sell and contacted Opendoor. They were polite and discussed all things necessary concerning the sale of my house. The paperwork supplied outlined the price from the tentative offer to the final offer and the reasons for this offer, along with any supplementary charges. The final price was right about what i expected. I had numerous questions throughout the process as to what i could leave behind, the date of sale changing and the moving out date. I also was dealing with HOA and Opendoor was very helpful in assisting me with the resolution of these issues. With my overall experience, I would recommend Opendoor if you wish to sell, and quickly. A big thanks to Luke and Jazmine, as they were the support team behind the whole process.”

No worry or care about keeping an immaculate house or having to whisk everyone away last minute for showings. “Our experience with Opendoor went very well, the process is very easy and we feel we got a fair price for our house. We ended up having two Experience Partners due to the length of our contract, they were both very helpful. One thing though, if you are interested in the Late Checkout option, you need to get an addendum to your contract early on, we were not made aware of this and by the time we were ready to set a closing date, the terms of Late Checkout changed greatly, not for the better. We were building a new home and having up to nine months to close was a real selling point to us! We definitely recommend Opendoor.”

“We used Opendoor or to sell a townhouse in Dana Point, CA. We dealt primarily with the the escrow company, Raincross. It was a great process. We received a fair amount for our property and we had the flexibility of setting the close and move out dates. We highly recommend Opendoor.”
