“OpenDoor has been the most surprising and pleasant home-selling experience for my wife and me, and I MOST HIGHLY recommend OpenDoor be anyone's FIRST STOP and consideration when selling their home and choosing an iBuyer! The ENTIRE process from start to finish was seamless and OpenDoor proved to be trustworthy, efficient, and super-fast with total flexibility in closing FAST and allowing the seller to choose their own close date! From personal experience, I would say that I absolutely recommend OpenDoor over OfferPad any time of the day! I especially am thankful for Sedona Stamper at OpenDoor, who was my Experience Partner and guided us through the entire process, as well as Lee Ann Gonzalez at OS National Title, who together ensured that this process progressed super smoothly, efficiently, in a very orderly and timely manner, and resulted in my home being sold, my old mortgage being paid off, and the proceeds wired into my account the SAME DAY OF CLOSING! Again...I would DEFINITELY do business with OpenDoor again and recommend these professionals to EVERYONE ELSE! If you want to do business with a team who KNOWS their business, then choose these guys!”

“Experience with opendoor was very good. The experience coordinator (Matt McClung) and the escrow officer (Tina Chapman) did great job walking us through the process. I won't say the process was flawless, there were some issues along the way. The two of them worked in concert to resolve each issue to everyone's satisfaction. The closing went very smoothly, even though there was a small signing issue. All was handled to my utmost satisfaction. The closing funded quickly and all is good.”

“Our Mothers home was an estate sale. We were not looking forward to a sale. However Opendoor said they would make a fair assessment, which they did. No showings, nothing else was needed. This is the 5th home we have sold through Opendoor and can not say enough about their helpfulness.”

“I was skeptical, but it was the absolute best selling and moving experience I have ever had (have sold 4 homes prior)! Everything was very timely, all questions answered quickly and clearly and my funds were in my account before midnight of closing day! All I had to do was pack and move out!! I have shared this with all of my friends and families, I have no regrets!!”

“The process was easy and seamless. We were settling a family estate and did not want to deal with Real Estate agents, showings or counter offers for repairs, etc. Decided to call Opendoor after doing a little homework on various "I-buyers", and after hearing what a good experience a co-worker had with Opendoor when they needed to sell their home to close on the new home they were building. So I called, and after some discussion and details about the home, they set up a video tour with us. Within 2 days they made us a great offer, and we closed in November! Had the funds in our account that evening, the same day! We received weekly updates and the Opendoor representatives always called us back when we had questions. Great customer service, great experience! I would definitely work with Opendoor again!”
