“Selling with Opendoor was a great experience for us! They offered a fair price without us having to do repairs, showings, or deal with the possibility of buyers backing out. The staff we worked with was friendly and very helpful with every step. Definitely would recommend to others!”

“The process of selling to Opendoor was seamless because of knowledgeable professionals. The price they offered me was fair and reasonable and allowed us to stay in our existing home while our new home was being constructed. This gave us time to sort through years of stuff and make appropriate arrangements to move without being rushed.”

“From the moment I met Chris Maynes on the video home tour, I knew he cared about my needs and would bend over backwards to get the sale of our home finalized as quickly and smoothly as possible. He took the time to understand our needs and emotional ties to our home of twenty-three years. The entire process was smooth and we are delighted to have engaged in a business transaction with Opendoor. Everything from fees to what to expect during the process was explained in detail up front. Would use them again!”

“Open Door was a hassle free experience! They partner with an excellent closing company that makes the process seamless. The process is online which was a bit daunting for this 73 year old. But they were only a phone call away and helpful in every way. I did it easily! Open Door is a terrific company!”

“Selling my home to Opendoor has been one of the easiest experiences I have had, I wish I had another house to sell to them. This experience has been out of this world simply, easy and stress free. “Opendoor was great to work with to get a stable competitive offer. That allowed us time to focus on the new house and waiting for that finish building. Having not known anyone using Opendoor we were nervous how it would go. It went smooth and the estimates matched the actual closing details within a few hundred dollars. I had a few friends who decided to sell their house on their own after I referred Opendoor to them. They had the headache staging and selling the house themselves. Additionally, they ended up settling on an offer that was thousands less than the Opendoor offer after months of trying to sell their house.”

“OpenDoor has been the most surprising and pleasant home-selling experience for my wife and me, and I MOST HIGHLY recommend OpenDoor be anyone's FIRST STOP and consideration when selling their home and choosing an iBuyer! The ENTIRE process from start to finish was seamless and OpenDoor proved to be trustworthy, efficient, and super-fast with total flexibility in closing FAST and allowing the seller to choose their own close date! From personal experience, I would say that I absolutely recommend OpenDoor over OfferPad any time of the day! I especially am thankful for Sedona Stamper at OpenDoor, who was my Experience Partner and guided us through the entire process, as well as Lee Ann Gonzalez at OS National Title, who together ensured that this process progressed super smoothly, efficiently, in a very orderly and timely manner, and resulted in my home being sold, my old mortgage being paid off, and the proceeds wired into my account the SAME DAY OF CLOSING! Again...I would DEFINITELY do business with OpenDoor again and recommend these professionals to EVERYONE ELSE! If you want to do business with a team who KNOWS their business, then choose these guys!”
