“They were very upfront about the entire cash offer process, the fees incurred and how to get from start to finish as quickly and efficiently as possible. I was able to go through the entire process from start to finish in 2 weeks, which lessened the stress of the whole process. The Opendoor team as well as the title company were easy to reach, quick to respond and endlessly helpful. Couldn't be happier with how everything went and would recommend Opendoor to anyone looking to forgo the traditional listing process.”

“It was easy and convenient. Everything was done over the phone/internet, only had to meet with a notary and she came to the house. We had money the day of the closing.”

“Easiest move we’ve ever done. If you don’t want to spend a ton of money doing repairs and deep cleaning, Open Door is the way to go. Also, skip all the showings and the long wait time to get your house sold.”

“I was working a full-time job and building a new home(personally). I did not have time for a real estate company and dealing with an agent, showings, and all the things that goes into that. Opendoor made it very easy to show my home, proceed through closing, and sell my home with minimal effort. They were extremely professional and I felt they were by my side every step of the way. Anytime I had questions, I knew I could call and get answers. And I did just that and they were prompt and courteous. The closing was just as smooth as it should have been. I was very pleased with the overall process, their professionalism, and the outcome. Thanks so much for your time and attention! I highly recommend open door to anyone that wants to avoid the real estate and realtor nonsense. Opendoor is a great company with great people. Thanks!”

“I'm about to close and purchase my first home! I found open door by accident, my relator flaked on me so I decided to still drive by a few of the homes I wanted to visit - to my surprise, OpenDoor was hosting the homes, so I was able to walk in and schedule my appointment right away! because of OpenDoor, I was able to view the homes, within my timeframe and busy schedule, no fuss or fluff involved. It was quick and easy and I am so thankful - whoever created this app is a genius. the whole process has been easy - down to putting in my offer, and being connected to an open-door relator after letting OpenDoor know I wanted to submit the offer. “Selling our house was the easiest part of our move. The process was quick and we were kept up to date with each step of the process. We did not want to have to leave for showings since we all work from home and the house was chaos packing for the move. Opendoor was the perfect solution for us.”

“I wasn't convinced about Open Door when I first contacted them, but was surprised to receive a reasonable offer within days of the contact. I accepted the offer even though closing on my new home was many months away. Throughout the months, Open Door answered my questions and assured me everything would work out. I needed to take more time than normally allowed to close on the new home and move out of my current home. Open door was more than reasonable with regard to Late-checkout costs. We closed days ago and looking back I would say that I would do it again if the opportunity arose. I have nothing but good things to say about the Open Door team.”
