“I'm very happy with the whole transaction. Service was great. Paul Cervantes was awesome. He was very polite and helpful. He called to see how i was doing, helped me with things i didn't understand, i.e. internet things, uploading photos, etc. And as a bonus: a pleasant personality. (which seems to be rare these days). I would recommend Opendoor.”

“My experience with Opendoor was better than I expected. I will definitely consider their service again when selling a home. I was skeptical as first regarding the ibuyer process, I honestly thought i was going to receive a low-ball offer on my home which surprisingly wasn't the case. All I had to do was schedule a virtual inspection and within hours I received my final offer. It was competitive to the other comps in my area, so I accepted the offer. I honestly thought something was going to fall through or my offer was going to be subjected to hidden fees. Everything that supposed to happened, happened; it was completely seamless. And I couldn't be happier with the end result. If you are a seller that doesn't want to go through the hassle of doing repairs, staging your home or dealing with picky buyers; you should definitely give Opendoor a try. I did and it was worth it.”

“Price offered was $224,546 below our appraisal- you are given no number etc to negotiate. They don’t ask for pictures, etc. I could have the best house on the block, or the worst & id get the same offer. No thanks. Mines towards the best. I should get way more than the folks down the street.”

“First, Opendoors price offers are competitive and their process in selling my home was more than I expected. I got a great offer with the amazing experience With Opendoor. Opendoor required photos and a virtual walk through of every corner in the house. A day later, they sent me the final offer with expected closing costs and proceeds. My sale closed exactly as they presented! No hidden fees or extra steps in closing the sale. My Opendoor representative was great, prompt in responding to my questions. They are available via email, phone, and even text! My experience with Opendoor was SEAMLESS and I recommend them hands down!”

“We are so appreciative of Open Door and their team of down to earth, yet professional, and honest realtors. The buyers realtor Lauren, & her assistant Allyson have been awesome! As well as the sellers Realtor Keisha, who helped us with a bit of an extension as the USPS had a three say delay delivering a 20k earnest money and escrow down pmt check! All you team so far rock.
